Just wanted to take the time to say how pleased I am with how my documents came out. I had high expectations and even with the great reviews, there are only a few so I was nervous. I had audio that just wasnt great honestly, a recording I needed for legal purposes for work. Their rates were more than I budgeted, but I I know you get what you pay for. Glad I went ahead and tried Expect Perfection. Ill be back, ladies. Also caring and very attentive service!

Ive been meaning to leave this review for a while. Love this company. Ive tried a couple of others in Raleigh. One other top, small company comes to mind. Their transcripts and service are great too, but theres a special place in my heart for Expect Perfection and what they stand for. Always go here for my transcripts.

I also appreciated that the correspondences were professional but friendly. I felt like I knew the person who was completing my documents. I would definitely use their services again.
