We had a really good experience for our 2018 taxes. This year has been the complete opposite. After they followed up with us to see if we would be using them again (we said we would) we sent them our documents and waited over a month. In that time they set their phones to voicemail and do not respond to any emails or messages. We will not use The Tax People ever again.

I’ve used other tax preparers in the past and none can compare to the care given to my questions and/or concerns. It felt as if I was there only client. I have already highly recommended The Tax People to my friends with businesses and family. Excellent A1 service!!!!
