My familys snap benefits got delayed because theyput in the wrong adress. Worker was rude to me on the phone..denied me any vouchers for my family to receive any food for thanksgiving..just why? God please forgive them for they no not what they do..open their eyes to you Lord and open their hearts to peace, love and especially compassion this holiday season..

If it werent for the nice ladies in the office, it would be a 1 star. The lady that did my iron, I guess she was a MA. While she sticking my finger, she was on her cell phone making a personal phone call. I guess she wasnt paying attention, because its the next day, and my finger shouldnt be sore. Just very tacky and unprofessional that she was on her phone, then complains about her phone call to me.

Beware if you’re from the North stay away from this social service or any other in Raleigh
