She assisted us in first finding an amazing short-term rental in a beautiful neighborhood, and then assisted us in finding and building our home. She was instrumental in dealing with the builder, and checked up on our home every week. We could not have done this move without her. To say we are grateful is an understatement. My husband and I worked with Lisa and Kendall to purchase our first home. We remembered meeting Lisa at an open house a couple years ago and our first impression was great - energetic, knowledgeable and engaging. Lisa and Kendall were both very responsive: from scheduling showings to late night conversations during negotiations. Even after closing, we did not hesitate to text Kendall and she was still quick to respond. For buying our first house, we felt things could not have gone smoother.

My family and I rented a home that was managed by Lisa Southern Property Management, specifically Reid Southern. We found Reid to be incredibly helpful, responsive, and honest in all aspects of property management. The home we rented was in good shape as well, and any repair issues we requested were fixed typically within 24 hours. We really couldnt ask for much better service from Reid. We had limited interactions with the rest of the staff at Lisa Southern Property Management as Reid was our primary contact, but we found them to be just as helpful as Reid.Theres a nasty Yelp review of Lisa Southern Property Management, and I cant understand why someone would have such negative feelings about this company. The complaint about a months rent as a deposit along with the application is pretty ridiculous. My family received all of its deposit back after we moved. Personally, I wouldnt put much weight into that review. This is a good, small, family-run company that operates honestly and with very good service. We would highly recommend you rent a home that is managed my Lisa Southern Property Management. They provide good service.

It had been eight years since my wife and I went through the experience of selling and buying a house, and I doubt many folks are excited about the process and the work involved. Its extremely difficult work for both the customer and realtor, but the outcome of course is very exciting.Lisa Southern and her team truly changed our outlook on this entire process. I would consider renting from them if it meant we didnt have to deal with Ewa Agusta. Everyone else at the property management team is essentially easy to deal with. She is incredibly rude, and I hate to use such an elementary word, but she is also stupid. Larger managment companies need to realize how important costumer services is and how one incomeptent and rude person can bring them down.

I am very displeased and disappointed in this company. They are based on false promises and false impressions. DO NOT TRUST THEM!I viewed a townhome for rent and asked if the washer/dryer were included to which the real estate agent replied Oh, I am sure the owner will have no problem leaving them here, they have not been used in a long time and they have been left here for months. Under that impression, I submitted an application giving Southern Group Property Management an application fee check and a security deposit check should my application be approved. The agent let me know two days later that I was certainly approved and I was excited, only to find out that the washer/dryer were not included. Now I had to pay an extra $200, to which I agreed because I was excited to move in to this townhome. Two days later I was no longer approved for the townhome, all of sudden because of my credit history. THEY ARE A SCAM! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY!
