Eddie Cash from Allen Tate did an amazing job walking us through our home buying and selling experience. His knowledge of the market and experience made this a much easier process for us. We would 100% use Eddie again.
My husband Josh and I cannot rave enough about Lili Ball. We had high expectations coming from New York City. We found Lili to be experienced, excellent at her job and very knowledgeable. Lili spent significant time with us getting to know what areas we were interested in, suggested areas we had not heard of, and most importantly listened to our price range.Lili accompanied us to our new build appointments, explained terms that we were not familiar with, and made the process less stressful during COVID. Lili made herself familiar with changing real estate rules due to COVID and even went out of her way to provide us with hand sanitizer while visiting locations. Lili is professional and goes out of her way to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. If you are looking for someone who is fierce, good under pressure, and will help you think of questions and things to consider on the spot as you visit homes connect with Lili Ball.
Allen Tate is made up of its people, like any other company. My experience has been very positive. Thank you Allen Tate!
Mary-Brett Purnell with Allen Tate was the biggest flake of a realtor weve ever dealt with. We agreed to list our Cary home with her in January. She initially got a couple of contractors in to do minor work but then basically ghosted us - would never initiate communication and straight didnt reply to emails. By the end of APRIL the house still wasn’t listed. She gave us a slew of excuses but we ended our relationship, got a GREAT realtor through Redfin (for lower percentage btw), had the house promptly listed, and got an offer in the first week. Allen Tate certainly doesnt seem to vet their realtors very well. It was terrible experience.
