I wish I could give a zero but they have helped out in many times of need. They forget scripts snd its an entire ordeal its so annoying.

The wait was definitely super long but the staff is amazingly kind and supportive.

For what it is, its great. Just dont expect to get someone on the phone in a hurry, thats my only issue. Im grateful for the services they provide.

If you go here I suggest bringing a book and/or charger for your phone. Came in to get an emergency stop-gap for meds in the morning around 9:20am.As of 1:40pm I am still waiting to see someone after being left alone in a room without any sort of way to see how long the wait time is. I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars.

My husband was told he would get his prescription Thursday of last week. I’ve called everyday since then. Yesterday was Friday, a week and a day later, and I finally spoke to someone in the clinic who said I had to go into the office to get the prescription. It would have been nice to know last week before he began being symptomatic from lack of medication. Only giving two stars because they help uninsured, but the customer service is truly horrible. We will go pick up his prescription today and will most likely be there all morning and part of the afternoon.

There was a time where I appreciated Monarch for being there, but as soon as the pandemic hit I have had nothing but trouble. Not being reminded for my appointments, waiting weeks for them to approve my refill requests, calling and being put on hold with no answer, and recently the most unprofessional situation I was forced to deal with was sitting in a tele-health waiting room for 45 minutes, logged in the 15 mins before per request mind you, and the doctor never showed. It’s sad because I am trying to help myself and take my mental health seriously, but my own service providers can’t help me.

Absolute nightmare and no help.

Been trying to refill my medication for a week almost two now.. have called 4 times with no answer as to why it’s not being refilled was told I would revive a call back which never happened now I’ve been on hold for 50 min only to be hung up on now on hold again! This is literally ridiculous for something that should be an automatic refill?? Been out of my meds for a week.

No answer and no help do not deal with these people you will be dead.

Turned my son away. They didnt deem him in crisis.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude and uneducated staff. Most waisted time me and my child have ever been through with a provider.
