The only experience Ive had with this company is interviewing for them. I applied online then received a phone interview. I was then asked to come in for assessment tests. One was a personality assessment, another was a keyboarding test, and the last was an IQ test. The IQ test was ridiculous and I would bet those questions are never used on a day-to-day basis in the position for which I applied for. Apparently they only want really smart people working for the. But I can tell you Im very smart, just because I dont get these ridiculously hard questions correct, of which make no sense, does not mean that Im not a hardworking and determined employee. I graduated with a 3.96 (out of 4.0) with my Associates Degree and I graduated with a 3.66 (out of 4.0) with my Bachelors Degree. I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Societies. Now tell me Im not smart. Your company seems very stuck up.

The fact that I wasnt even contacted the first time around when I didnt get hired or notified, but am now being informed about a different position instead is both an insult and rude. My only experience with this company is interviewing for a job, but I think interviewing experiences say a lot about a company, so heres my experience. I applied online and received a phone interview the next day. After the phone interview, I was invited to come in for assessments. The assessments consisted on two personality tests, one analytic test, and one grammar test. The analytic test was unreasonably long and many of the questions were very obscure and made absolutely no sense (i.e. If Atlantic equals 50, what does Pacific equal?). I was told that they give the assessments because they only want smart people working there. Well I guess I wasnt smart enough because I wasnt invited back for an interview. I have two bachelors degrees, a masters degree (graduated with honors), and an IQ of 140, but I wasnt smart enough for them. The recruiter was very snotty and looked down her nose at me the entire time. Judging by the employees I saw, if you arent a tall, skinny, white female who looks like she just stepped out of a Gap ad and has a rainman like mentality for math, dont apply here. I would never do business with such a pretentious company.
