I agree with the bad comments. This office is a mess. The only reason I go is because I have a baby and it is the closest. The woman working there is never there. Whether she is having lunch, taking the day off or who knows. Also, there is no printer, scotch or anything at all if you need. Save your time and go to a different location

Unless you like rude people, find another post office. I am currently trying to locate one on my GPS. The lady behind the counter is rude AF! Who would know that a post office closes from 2-2:30? She rudely told me she is closing and needs lunch. I am appalled that people can treat each other like this. I am just trying to mail a package to my son. Jeez!

Rude. The lady that works there is so rude. She was rude to my mom the last time she went there and today she threw my box in the basket, which had a router in it. She could have placed the box in the basket but threw it to were it made a loud noise. Then she told me I came in the wrong way when their was no one there but made a point to tell me. I guess she wanted me to walk around all the boxs they have on the floor. I had 2 envelops that needed stamps and instead of taking my envelopes that were in front of her she made a point to give me 2 stamps and tell me to put it in the mail box. She didnt ask me if I needed anything else but told me my total. She got irritated when I asked for a book of stamps. Very poor customer service.

Around noon, we entered the post office to mail off a package to a friend. We patiently waited in line for our turn. We approach the counter with a smile and we asked the lady if you have a marker that we could use to write the address on the package. She said, “No”. Then we walked away and she started helping the next customer whom just happened to be a white lady. She was extremely friendly to the white customer. Then she told my girlfriend to step 6 feet back which she already was. Then out of the corner of her eye, she started observing us. She came from behind the counter while helping the white customer. As you approached me, my girlfriend asked her if she had a mailing address label. She rudely said, “No”! If she didn’t want to help then we can go to other store and she told us, “it would best if we did”. I have not received experience like this since moving to RDC area. I was appalled.😮 The whole experience turned me off of this Hallmark location.

Im not really sure why there are so many bad reviews; Ive had a pleasant experience every time Ive gone. Amanda (only having known her name because we discussed sharing it) has always been very sweet and such a huge help. The store in general is great: friendly staff, quick service and an overall pleasant visit. Highly recommend.

MOST UNRELIABLE PO IN ALL NC.This location is the first to close for any reason be it holiday, pandemic, or 10% chance of rain. The USPS takes a nap here.

I’ve only been here for a week and already they’ve delivered my mail to the wrong box or not delivered my packages and then left the slip in the wrong box as well. No one ever answers the phone and is rude when I got through after over 30 tried calls

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional employees. The lady behind the counter is nice and helpful when she wants to. I visit this post office often and she is usually in a bad mood. Its like she doesnt want to help customers or even work there. I limit my questions to her every time shes there. She ignores me half the time I speak to her.

Giving this 4 stars only because of my recent experiences. I come to this post office a few times a week to ship orders for my business. Amanda is usually working and she is pleasant and helpful. However, she has not been there recently and an associate named Whitney has been behind the counter. My interactions with her and observations with her serving other customers is unpleasant. She is rude and not willing to listen. I usually ship my orders under a certain rate with Amanda and she refuses to listen to me and charges me another rate which is more expensive. Overall, this is a great post office, but I am looking into changing my post office of service if the normal associate does not return.

Ive noticed a lot of negative reviews on this location, and I dont really understand why. The few times Ive been to this location, Ive had a pleasant experience. The staff has been helpful and friendly, which is something you dont usually get from main postal services. I think its important to remember that the employees dont make the rules, that they cannot ignore policies and please everyone.

9/24/19: The USPS lady that works there (or the lady that worked on 9/24 shift), doesn’t obviously want to be there (lol). She won’t even look at you nor acknowledge your presence even if you’re already in front of her. She just keeps looking at her phone. When I greeted her politely — she just rolled her eyes & gave a huge, deep sigh. I was the only one in line. It wasn’t even a busy day/time either. I mean, even if people don’t like their jobs, atleast have the decency to acknowledge customers & look at them when they’re talking to you. Show kindness, respect, & professionalism to people.

Only giving 1 Star because I can’t give 0. The employee, Dana, was incredibly rude. Instructed me to address the box I was mailing incorrectly (and I asked her to repeat these instructions twice because it seemed wrong). When I asked for a pen to address the box, she handed me an expo dry erase marker, and when I asked if she had a pen, she responded in a very ugly tone: “No ma’am, this isn’t a school supply store” (which I would normally understand but your location is in a hallmark stationary store). When I came back with my (incorrectly) addressed package, Dana then proceeded to talk to me like it was my fault she gave me the wrong information. And when I told her I would readdress it correctly this time, I said I did not want to lose my place in line because of her misinformation. Dana then sighed VERY loudly and rudely at me. She is clearly a TERRIBLE employee and truly gifted at making other people’s experiences unpleasant and awful. Dana, you really should not at all be working with people if all you can manage is a horrible attitude, rudeness, and bad information. If I never see this woman again, it will be too soon. All I can hope is that, if the post office even cares about customers at all, they won’t continue to allow people like that to work there.

Honestly, the lady behind the counter doesnt deserve 1 star. Weve been twice to mail the same package. Shes rude and cant print labels or tape anything. She seems like she hates her job and has no social skills what so ever. When she told us wed have to make a label she didnt even give us one or tell us where they are stored. Dont waste your time. If you have real questions for the post office or if you need help then go somewhere else.

Wonderful experience here when trying to ship a confusing APO shipment. The woman behind the counter, whose name I unfortunately didnt catch, did a great job helping me find the right packaging and making sure my shipment will reach the other side of the world!

Every time I go to this location they’re never able to print labels. You’d figure they would at least let you use some tape when you bring your own, but nope - they won’t even provide any tape.

The worst post office I have ever been to. I could not get a money order or long envelope with the stamp on it and like the other reviews clearly state the woman behind the counter had a nasty attitude. I will never use this sorry post office again two thumbs down

I was here a few months ago and was happy with the experience. But during the holidays its awful because its very small and understaffed (one clerk working). Save your time and go to an actual USPS location rather than this USPS-authorized retailer. I went on a Monday at 3 pm and waited 30+ minutes. I cant imagine what its like on weekends.

Lady behind the desk has no human interaction skills. She’s miserable every time I walk in there. She makes it feel like we’re an inconvenience and responds rudely to questions. It’s not that hard to stick a label on a package and place it in the bin.

Dont bother trying to ship anything international here, they are perpetually out of customs forms. The main employee who is here the majority of the time does not want to answer your questions or even speak to you or greet you. Terrible attitude and terrible service.

Like other reviews, the lady that works there is clearly a TERRIBLE employee and truly gifted at making other people’s experiences unpleasant and awful and should not at all be working with people if all you can manage is a horrible attitude, rudeness, and bad information. if the post office even cares about customers at all, they won’t continue to allow people like that to work there.

I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year, but to staff it with one employee moving at a snails pace is frustrating. 30 minutes in line to mail one overpriced package.What motivated me to write this review was that the woman in front of me also waited forever to get to the front and she was denied because her package was international. Under services, it says domestic/international, but she was rather rudely declined (we dont do that here anymore). Why was the signage not changed? I felt so badly for that lady.

Rude, bitter, unpleasant employees.USPS not only nickels and dimes you for every little thing now (tape included), but one of their employees was *extremely* rude about it when someone had left tape out for other customers to use (she assumed the previous tape user had stolen it).In other visits, Ive dealt with unpleasant employees who dont explain your shipping options well, what the cheapest way to ship an item is, etc, and act annoyed when you do ask questions.

Can you all please provide tape at your location for those return amazon packages? If you don’t have those specific label holders you should at the very least have tape (that we don’t have to buy). Wasted a time on long line before I saw the stupid hand written sign. Not convenient for Amazon customers with returns.
