I work at a Student Apartment Complex, and we have a period of about 2 weeks in the beginning of August that we refer to as Turn or Turnaround. This is the time where we clean all apartments in preparation for new residents. This year, along with every other curve ball 2020 decided to throw at us, our Turnaround time was cut in half due to the fact that NC State moved up its start date for the Fall semester. We had Lenny Youmans and his Omni Clean team as our approved cleaning vendor. Lenny and his team worked around the clock, literally all day and night, to make sure our property was clean, sanitized and ready for new incoming residents. Every apartment was left spotless and sparkling. We got several compliments from parents and residents on move in day about how the cleanliness of the apartment exceeded their expectations. We were so pleased with the work Lenny and his crew put in that have already asked Lenny to add us to his schedule for next year, same time!
