I like this gym because it is conveniently located to my work, is clean and is in good condition. The staff is really easy to get along with and my trainer Tim is really good at what he does. For the value, this location is worth every penny.
The lady nykirrah is sooo Good with my kids every time I come They always look forward to seeing Ms.N. She is so professional, she makes the environment very home like. Thank you nykirrah for your experience.

Get your exercise on by running from the dirty equipment and nasty attitudes of the managers or owners. You get what you pay for at $29 and up with this location. I started off with a week pass here but ended up switching to the Wake Forest and Six Forks location after one visit.
This gym is my favorite place to go to! Always clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. Shoutout to Mikhail Williams, he helped me a lot to figure out the facility and made me feel welcomed!
Repair of equipment is slow. There are temporarily under repair signs on some equipment that seem to be permanent after months. I was being double charged monthly dues and went to management twice to get resolved afinally had to get it fixed at the corporate level. I like working out there but there are some problems that have to be worked-out.

Good gym at a great value. I have been a member at this location for over 3 years and have no complaints. I wanted to take some time out and write this review to commend the staff for their dedication. I recently forgot my brand new phone in the locker room after a workout. Cue a mini panic attack. I went back to Lifetime and was greeted by Reece who assured me it would show up. I honestly did not have much confidence that it would turn up at first. Reece took down my contact info and even offered to let me use his personal cell phone to locate my phone. It seemed like he really cared about my situation and wanted to help. It was a relief in a nerve-racking time. After some searching we located my phone and all was right in the world again! So I just wanted to say thank you to the Lifetime Staff for all that they do! Amazing customer service.

Beware: they make you pay for a 30 day cancellation. Disappointed that companies still do this. Is it worth squeezing the extra $30 out of a happy customer that may return? I can assure you I will never use or recommend Lifetime Fitness again. I hope the $30 was worth it...Gym was great and had a nice variety of equipment. I changed jobs and this location was no longer convenient. Please be advised of their cancellation policy.

Tim the trainer there is amazing. He has a heart for helping people. I trained with him for two months and then stopped but he called to check on me. He has become a true friend. Tiffany in the sales department is awesome. She is always smiling and pleasant to be around. You can just tell both of them love their careers.
This gym is always clean and the staff is friendly. Especially Reese, I signed up with him and he was very nice, respectful, and informative. He gave me walk through of the gym and made sure I felt comfortable in my new workout environment.I would recommend this lifetime to you if your are looking for a calm, clean, friendly gym.
Everyone is super friendly and the facility is very clean! Im beyond happy I decided to come to this gym. Nigel was superb, informative and friendly. Nobody was pushy in the process and made sure I completely understood everything. I highly recommend this facility.

I was member to 2014 true 2019 and always pay on time and only for 1 time a don’t have the money at the time they charge the Cancel my Membership. And the Vender Machine take 3 dollars and the lady in charge was unprofessional and never refund my money.
Im canceling my membership today. Machines are allowed to be held hostage. Management lacks the ability to definitively explain processes. I was ganged up on by different ethnicities. This gym is raggedy and unsupportive. Period. Done.
Pathetic customer service. I have requested two times to cancel my membership completely. But no one responded and still i am charged.
UPDATE: Finally went in to cancel and two months later Im still being charged. Ive emailed the Member Services Manager, Evelyn Bozeman, several times with no response, so I guess Ill have to actually go in there.This place is not worth the money, Id go to another location. I tried to cancel months ago and the account manager gave me some sob story about how it would put him in the negatives or something. I even emailed him earlier this week and have heard nothing back. I know he isnt that busy. Ive encountered a few members with bad attitudes, but I guess I cant blame that on the gym. I know someone who had a scheduled personal training session, came in, and the trainer was with someone else. She complained about it and they said they would call her when they were available. Id say its been a good two months since then and shes heard nothing. We originally planned on going to the Six Forks location, shouldve stuck with that one.
Friendly and helpful front desk and great day care workers. Gym is clean and the equipment is usually always working or being promptly repaired. If you just need a gym for weights/cardio, this is a great spot
I just called to try to get info about becoming a new member and the employee that answered the phone was not helpful. She sounded like she was in a rush to hang the phone up, she didn’t greet me or say your welcome have a good night. nothing out of common courtesy. I would expect exceptional service from such a pricey gym. Definitely not a great first impression. -May 14 8:05 pm

Has all the equipment I need and usually available. It isnt stacked full of people so you have space
I am very much about to switch gyms. The manager of this location is extremley rude and always has an attitude whenever a question is asked. From the first day I came for a tour she told me to come back at a later time because she was busy. The morning desk assistant Glenda and her have the same attitude problem with the guests. Lifetime do better with your management.

I am a visitor from Colorado and happened to drop in on Lakisha’s Zumba class. I have been smiling all day!!! One of the BEST Zumba classes I have ever attended. Lakisha is an absolute GEM! You all are lucky to have to this truly special instructor!
Friendly staff. Clean facilitie, the cleaning staff doing a great job at plantation point when I compared to six forks facility. They worth 5 stars.

My experience was horrible from the beginning.I first called the gym to find out about getting the free pass as if I could use the child center the day of getting the free pass. The person that picked up the phone had no idea what to tell me, said someone would call me back and of course no one did. I still decided to go online and chat with someone to find out more about the gym and the cost and to do the free one day pass the person was super nice and set me up explained everything to me. I got a confirmation email and then an email from a representative in the gym. Got there today and the person from the email wasn’t there some guy named Reese who was very rude. Didn’t acknowledge when I walked in, had no idea I was scheduled to come in. Made me fill out a paper. I asked where the child center was and he was hesitant to tell me. He pointed out that my 3 year old was crying and told me about the policy. I got no tour and when I asked if that was it all he said was yeah go ahead. Terrible customer service. First of all if you care about the sales you wouldn’t just tell me about the child policy that was honestly plain rude. Yes my child was crying he’s 3 I was leaving him somwhere where he doesn’t know ANYONE. Once I asked if he was a parent he stayed quiet. I decided to leave the gym and not even work out I felt like I was dismissed. I didn’t get a tour, a friendly smile or anything. A reason why I’m not changing over because first APPERANCES MATTER!
This place gets more and more disappointing everytime I get to visit. I literally keep my membership because of the sauna, the stupid thing is out of order half of the time I come to this gym. Dirty establishment as well, not very well kept
Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Never so busy that you can’t use the equipment you want to use. Costs a little more than some other options, but worth every penny and then some.

This place could be 5 star gym fitness but they need to clean up more the bathrooms and the showers but other than that the employees and the environment its really nice I love this gym but just clean up more the bathroom thats all
Putting a shin on a smell poo doesnt change what it is. Save yourself the trouble of having to clean up later; listen to the true comments and go find a safer gym.
I really don’t know how this Reese guy still has a job at you all’s establishment. I can only imagine how much business has been lost due to his unprofessional behavior. I came in tonight with my roommate to check the gym out and see if it would be a good fit for us, my boyfriend, and parents seeing as it is in close proximity to all of us. Jim had been very kind over the phone, providing the two of us guest passes to come on by and check things out. It’s unfortunate he wasn’t in this evening and that I was instead greeted by Grease and his attitude without me even saying a word to him. I came to work out. I did not come to be disrespected by a middle aged man simply because he felt I was “looking at him with big eyes” as he sat and yelled from across the room. Needless to say I will take my business else where and highly suggest anyone reading to do the same.
This place no good. I was cancel the service for a long time but they still take out money in my account every month. I said to them but they say I will do. So don’t go there. I really not happy about this.
These guys have convinced me to cancel my membership at Fitness Connection. The staff is really friendly and helpful its by far the cleaniest gym Ive been to. They have a wide variety of free weights and machines the locker rooms are a hell of alot cleaner then fitness connection and dont smell as bad by far! The weights are always reracked where their supposed to be the equipment is really taken care of here so glad I made the switch.

Lack of decent and new equipment, constant shortage of space in the free weight area. Typical bullying tactics for sales and services.
I really love this gym, but really would like some early morning aerobic classes, like at 5:00am or 5:30am. That would be helpful for us that work and really dont want to cone to the evening classes die to them being crowded.
Terrible customer service. One lady told me I could workout early in morning and pay for gym membership the next day as she was not going to be there in the morning to take the money. I was confronted by another staff that morning that was rude embarrassed me In front of the whole gym. Find another gym where they know how to take care of their customers.
Lovee this gym it has everything! And the employee really nice, they have also the best trainers ooh and they always have different classes that keeps you in shape and motivated!
Poor rating because Ive been several Monday mornings and staff is not here to unlock the gym with several patrons standing and waiting outside. Hire new 5AM staff that is dependable!
The staff here is not very friendly. Aside from that, they keep it too cold and I find it too uncomfortable to workout with every ceiling fan in the place blowing, its winter time people. Membership canceled
Tiffany has a bad attitude when it comes to customer service. Needs to learn how to approach customers with a better presence.
If you like working out with people, including personal trainers, that are are on steroids then this is the place for you! Worst personal trainers, I dont know where they find these people.
