I no longer have to clean the gutters after every major thunderstorm!Ricky stands behind his work. We had some additional issues after install. Ricky was very responsive and his crew took care of our concerns.

I had several projects and was happy to find someone who could do them all. I wanted to add a Rainchain which was close to my Koi Pond, add a water barrel for my garden, needed better drainage in my driveway and some gutter repair. The final project was to power wash outside and check for any areas with rot.The owner, Ricky, spent time reviewing what I wanted and the best way to do it. Drainage was important to me and I was impressed he came back with his expert (Rick), to make sure the (Rainchain) drainage would not affect the Koi Pond.As you can see from the pictures, the work was excellent. Ricky called or came to the house several times throughout the day to make sure everything was OK. His crew (especially Rick) were professional, courteous, checked with me if they had ANY questions, made some awesome suggestions and were on time every day. They were careful to keep their distance when I came outside (coronavirus). They were also working in near 100° weather on several days but still completed on time & on budget.Please look at the pictures to see some of the results. Nice experience. Was not pressured to buy anything. Was provided an ACTUAL quote (NOT a text with a total dollar amount) quote included diagrams of work to be done if I decided to hire them. Very professional and spent time explaining things.

The name “Gutter Glove-NC” does not adequately capture the range of the skills Ricky Stroup’s company commands. GG-NC does excellent construction work — in my case, they tore down a deck and front entrance stairs and built replacements, replaced a damaged deck door, constructed some cement-block stairs for my steep backyard, and completed a handful of more minor tasks. Everything was done efficiently, skilfully, and with meticulous attention to both workmanship and worksite-cleanliness. Mr. Stroup always kept me exquisitely informed of their plans and schedule. He is the antithesis of the contractor who disappears and becomes unreachable without warning in the middle of a job. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.I recommend Gutter Glove-NC without reservation!

Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!

I looked at several other products. This was the top rated. I made the mistake of calling the California toll free number. All I got was a recording and no call back. I called the local dealer and got a rep to come to my house to measure the same day. If I buy any product, it will be this one!
