I have been working with Crown for 8 years. I conduct two conferences a year where I need engraved awards. Crown has done an excellent job every time. It is so easy to work with them. I just e-mail Emmie my needs and she sends back the proofs within my time frame. She lets me know when the finished product is ready and I go pick them up. Which is very convenient because when they moved to their current location its further for me to drive. So I appreciate only having to go once.. We tend to use the same plaques although they have a wide and varied selection. I would highly recommend them.

This company is very caring and professional. I had to use them because my son passed away and I needed engraving on the wooden urn. I found out not many places do that on wood. Crown Trophy is absolutely AMAZING! We needed medals on short notice for our sons soccer team! Their customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND and they were able to have a VERY quick turn around! The staff at crown trophy will go above and beyond for their customers. They recently came in after hours to help us out with a trophy order. They provide the highest level of service you could ask for. I highly recommend using them for your trophy and awards!

Would not recommend this company unless your willing to pay for add on charges never discussed with you...went in to order ~$400 worth of business plaques. The guy helping me went over the different costs and additional charges like expedited shipping ect. They sent me the artwork for approval on 1/17 (which I approved). Then they sent the invoice on 1/18 which had an unexplained charge of $17.50 for Logo Run. I emailed Emmy asking what this was about? She said it was because it took longer to engrave and I was charged it last year. I explained that this was never discussed with me during the ordering process, she agreed to remove this time, but I will be charged it on future orders. I understand if it was explained in advance of the order but I shouldnt be expected to remember year old invoice line items especially since this is a different order. I went in to pick up the pieces today and Emmy took payment and as I was just about to leave she says whether you remember it or not or we forget to tell you, you will be charged that fee on all orders in the future. Well, safe to say, there wont be any other future orders with Emmy and Crown Trophy.

I recently worked with Crown Trophy (Bob) to select and engrave 38 award plaques for a 25th Anniversary celebration in recognition of 38 Volunteers who have given thousands of hours of very caring and supportive work to the Frankie Lemmon School/Triangle Wine Experience. Each award that was given had a personalized message specific to each person. Bob and his team made suggestions for how the verbiage should appear and they never complained once about having to do so many different messages. They gave us a non-profit discount, each plaque was perfect and they were done on time! It was a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend their work!
