Having been licensed foster parents through the county for years, we were excited for the support offered by a private agency. Instead, we worked with people who were unwilling to do their jobs. On one occasion, a Bair therapist told me that my child did not have a dx (that the therapist was, in no way, qualified to speak to) that the same child has since been evaluated for and dx with. Now that our children are adopted, we are finally able to advocate to get them resources and services Bair should have been helping them access.

They lie right to your face. Made it VERY CLEAR we were there specifically to ADOPT ONLY! they made us attend multiple classes wasted our time and told us their main mission was to re unite with the birth parents! Fed us sob stories to try to change our minds into being foster parents and how the need for them is so great. When we told them no and that THEY WERE VERY AWARE WE ONLY WANTED TO ADOPT they called and asked us not to come back to classes. This place is a disorganized lying business. Dont come here they waste your time give you false hope and toss you aside.

Very unprofessional. Immature, unorganized, biased individuals. I would not ever recommend this facility to anyone wanting to foster/adopt.
