Very professional Great experience looking forward to do craftmanship with the company

Great company to work for if youre an office worker or superintendent or higher. But if youre a blue collar worker just trying to make a living good luck. Pay is horrible when they actually pay you and there is no job security at all. I worked as a laborer for tradesmen for 8 months on the hopemills solar site until the site was complete. After site completion i was told there would be a maximum of 1 week of no work before the next site. I called every single day for a month trying to get on a new site and everyday i was told we will call you back tomorrow with more information. When that call would never come in i would call them back and continue to get told the same thing over and over again. When i finally gave up and moved on to a different company, my starting pay was 30% higher then the most tradesmen ever paid me and i was working the same exact position i was at tradesmen. Tradesmen international is an unethical temp service that will literally work you till you collapse and pay you as little as possible for it.

Horrible company. This company will try their best to screw you around,, workers also have nasty attitudes.
