Incompetent and arrogant staff, asking for certifications and only have to offer 16 bucks, Mc Donald pay 15 and everyone can work there....I checked almost all the agencies around Raleigh they pay way more with no stupid certification, certify people make way more money. Poor mentality cant help people to progress

This place is just not for businesses. We needed help ripping up flooring that was glued to concrete and the ladies that work here were so amazing and very helpful. Even though the guy that came only worked the min 4 hrs due to how hard the job was he still did a great job. Jessica was willing to make it up to us but we ended up finishing it ourselves. I would still use them again because Jessica and her staff were awesome and the price is great. Thank you ladies, keep up the great work.

Great place to go if you need a job,or money on the fly.Some opportunities for permanent positions. Knowledgeable staff, with great attitudes.Advice when going to a assignment : A) Dont complain about working ! B) Respect the foreman/boss. C) Be assertive, listen, and learn. D) All the permanent people you are working with are the eyes, and ears when the foreman/boss is gone. Theyre going to want know what youre doing when theyre not around. So dont wait to complain when hes/shes gone.It WILL get back to them. All in all great place.

Fell on some hard times and I had a hard time trying to find a job. I was told about this place and was nervous because I had never done anything like this before. I did my application and was told to sign in the morning, and I did. I made the mistake of coming in late and the work was already gone for the day. I quickly learned that if you want to work that day you have to be there early...6AM. Next day, I was there at 6 and got a cleaning job that day. you get paid the same day you work. After working every day for about a week, I had the option of being switched to a weekly ticket. Instead of getting paid every day, I would get paid once a week. Cool ! I was able to get back on feet and now I have a permanent job. I am grateful that I went did my application and started working. The ladies that run the office are very helpful. As long as you report to your assignment you will not have any problems. They are always willing to help and Ive seen the go above and beyond their jobs. Thank you Labor Finders.

The staff is wonderful and helpful... if you are looking for specific work they will try to find it or you. It is day labor however so where you go and what you do can vary day to day or week to week. Overall its a good lace to go to make fair pay and keep you busy.

Very helpful staff. Landed a full time job in less than a month. If you are in need of money right away it’s a good place to go. Even if you are having a hard time finding a job you can go to them and they will find you temp work that could possibly turn into a permanent position with that company they assigned you with if they are impressed with your work. Also a good place to go if you just need some side work on your days off.

After my first week working from your office I have to say you guys and girls at Labor Finders Of Raleigh rock! After being threatened, tricked, harassed, manipulated, lied to, used and cheated out of my pay by Epic Labor and their client Stay Safe you guys were a breath of fresh air! Everything wrong with Epic and Stay Safe was right with you guys! Worked everyday this week at Labor Finders Of Raleigh with companies that respected and appreciated my hard work and was paid on time and the right amount and treated like a human being instead of feeling pimped out like Epic treats its clients! None of the constant repeated morning noon and night lies or harassing emails and texts sent by April and her manipulative staff at Epic Labor on a daily basis either. A real pleasure to work out of your office of well trained respectful professionals at Labor Finders Of Raleigh!After 2 months at Labor Finders I have to say my first impression was on point! The billing is simple and the office is always clean and organized. Ive seen some foul employment offices in the past, and this place is a cut above.

Ive been retired for some years now and get some extra work from these nice people every now and then. Ive been signed up with them for a few years. Ive seen lots of people come and go. It is a temporary agency after all. I have several people that Ive referred to them and they have helped them find full time employment and quickly! The staff has always been very nice and helpful to me and others in my experience. One of the people I referred to them didnt fare so well and ended up getting fired. I already know this person and know there was a 99.9% chance it was his own fault. I cant get mad at the staff at Labor Finders for doing their jobs and neither should he. Ive noticed that too many people now days dont want to be held accountable for what they do wrong and certainly dont try and fix the issues. They just get angry and want to argue and be right. Ive seen the staff at this place buy breakfast for the people that sign in for work many, many times and I know it comes out of their own pockets because Ive asked. Ive also seen them make sure the people that get jobs outside have water for the day and that comes out of their own pockets too. I know that because I was given water before and I asked about that too. I just wanted to know who to thank. Ive also seen those Labor Finders people put people in their own cars and take them to the jobs because the worker had no other way to get there. They do a lot for people that they dont have to other than finding jobs. That says a lot about the character of the people you are dealing with. Thank you all.

As a potential employer, this company was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. After multiple phone calls and emails with multiple people in both Raleigh & Durham offices, they refused to give us a credit app for terms. I explained that our corporate office does not like us to pay for labor with credit cards... but repeatedly they told me I had to fill out a credit card authorization. I was told by a gal in another LF office we work with in FL that many offices tell their customers they have to use the CC App because they are too lazy to deal with the paperwork. Makes total sense now. When I didnt have any more time to fight with them, I gave in and filled out the CC authorization, but told them how inconvenient working with them had been when I returned it. They then sent an email to our office claiming we were ASKING for a CC application and declining to do business with ME. Thanks for doing me a favor and saving me the headache. Found another local company that was a dream to get set up with right away. BUSINESSES: Do yourselves a favor and hire through another company.

BEWARE EMPLOYERS LOOKING FOR HELP!!!Going through divorce so I wanted quick day job for extra income to do stuff with kids until I got situated.At first I gave staff a good review because of Fred Smith Co.(offered me job second day)job.Couldnt do the hours because of kids/niece etc.Didnt complain about all the slackers that they sent with me.1 insulted the foreman and others complained the whole time and werent called back except my man who was a good worker.One made derogatory comments around a female.I had to write a tutorial on my first review on how employees should act because of the type of workers they hire.LF should read it and teach it to new employees and thank me later.I was going a couple a days week because like I said kids.So then I was asked to do a forklift position.Asked if I had a forklift certification.I said no but had drove one about 5 years ago(no training/certification though).They told me ok well be careful and dont hit anything.Hmmmm.The guy before me had an expired certification and they let him do it.No evaluation.They dont seem to care about certification/3 year evaluation to operate a forklift or recent training. I was offered a job by the new company HD that bought them. Which after telling afternoon staff twice they were bought was oblivious too.Offered to show them text, both branches wanted me because of my work ethic.Guess what though?You have to be certified/ evaluated in last 3 years.Everyone there was certified. So I didnt go back ON top of that they moved by the airport.I did contact HD.Couldnt lie on application about certification.Staff became very angry and proceeded to tell me thats not how they do bussiness.But I swear I was on Maury Povich during a paterernity test.Both rolling their eyes holding their heads and cackling over each other.Im like why are yall so angry?I guess acting ghetto and sending uncertified/ not evaluated people to a job youre supposed to be certified on is how they do business.OSHA doesnt apply to them.Ive worked at several companies and you need a certification then training evaluation every 3 years to operate equipment.Then they were like well we could have sent someone else.I said no they only wanted me.They were like not true we sent 4 people there before.Guess what ? Im the only one they wanted to keep.Besides, I already told them it wasnt the SAME company .lol.They were too busy trying to be mean instead of us talk.HD is not putting up with your slack employees.What they neglected to listen to is they were bought by HD who actually cares about that stuff.I tried to to tell them.Its not a small place with just 2 salesman anymore.Too busy cackling over each other to listen.LF doesnt have the staff to train or evaluate operators.They dont care about safety .They cant seem to comprehend if I,or someone else hurts someone and doesnt have certification/ 3 year evaluation OSHA will shut them down.Want to know how I know the manager Jennifer Sutton doesnt know what shes talking about? She told me your forklift license expires after every job.lmao.I tried to explain some knowledge and was ignored and threatened to get cops called when I was calm and they were very angry. Guy before me damaged a lot of stuff.They are lucky only 2 salesman worked at the store and HD hadnt bought it yet...They also have a sign that says riders must pay drivers.Pretty sure thats companys job to give rides.lol.I was asked several times to give rides by staff.They loved me then.Glad I didnt get in a wreck for LF.Im sure my car insurance company would love that.Now youre liable for the people riding with you.Think LF cares? I take care of my 2 children, niece, and help another family with watching their kid.I have income besides LF.Then they talk down to me like Im one of their usual slackers that depend on them for all income.There are a few good men there, but this is the bottom of the barrel as far as employees.Thank God my divorce is over, school is back, and I can do my own thing.Have fun gossiping the rest of your lives at Min City...

OMG! Can not believe the people they have working in the office! Horrible, ignorant, condescending, rude and I can go on and on. I dont know all the names but I put complaints through corporate and I am waiting for replies. I do hope corporate calls me. This location needs new people in the office.
