Just had Chen sharpen a Brazilian machete for me that came pre-dulled. He was very accommodating, agreeing to meet a little closer to me, and was very quick with the turnaround. Machete came back able to slice paper, with a very neat edge. Would definitely recommend! Will be returning with more knives in the future.

OTE has been able to bring my knives back to life. Ive sent them 2 sets of several knives which I use daily in my kitchen. With proper care and daily honing, the edge is maintained for a long time. The results of Out There Edge far exceeded my expectations! My knives were very dull and had been abused for years by improper storage. The handles on two were damaged by years of dishwashing (NEVER do this! Knives should ONLY be hand washed!), and he restored the wood finish to the extent possible, and the edges on all are sharper than I thought possible.
