Easy check in process must have pickup number starts with 13. Getting on to Departure dr off Millbrook is tough best option is to wait for all traffic off Departure Dr to clear out then make the turn easy to find location using truck drivers 7th sense lol. Smoke hot young lady at the shipping desk nice too, Loaded up and was ready to roll in about 30mins.. Wish getting loaded was always that fast..

I wish I could give half a star. One of the worst places I have ever been.. No respect for the drivers time at all.. No Americans and the chica at the front desk is rude...

This is the worst expirience ever, first they make me wait at least 5 hrs, when they send me to the dock reject my trailer saying that it smells bad, when my trailer was brad new and clean, they also reject 4 other drivers for multiple different reasons. For me it Looks like they don’t have the load ready for us and just reject evrerybody for no real reason.They also send a wrong email to my company saying that the reason they rejected was because my trailer has a leaking and the reason they told me was because of the smell...total disaster.... they dont know how to manage a shipping company. I dont recomend doing bussines with this company. All the staff in the dock dont speak english. Very bad customer service. If you do bussines with them you are going to wasted at least one day of driving.——>>> ( NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL).

Had 8am delivery and they got me empty within half an hour, then stayed at the property until my dispatch get me a new load and was very surprised that my pickup is from the same place. Same situation, was loaded within 30min after docking in

Is good. My first time there

Charged my company $350 fee because I was an hour and a half late on my delivery. Even though I called HOURS ahead of time to let them know. Then when I got there, I signed their clipboard upon my arrival and the girl in shipping and receiving isnt even in the office for 35 Mins. So 4 other drivers come in behind me, FINALLY she shows up and has the nerve to say I thought you were gonna be here at....... I said I was YOU werent in the office. Showed here where I signed in and she takes a marker and blacks out where I signed in and she re-write all my info on the clipboard and puts my arrival time at the time she got back into the office. And says Well nobody saw you arrive at this time, so we have to put when we sign you in And then hands me a paper to sign saying that their gonna charge the company $250 for being late. I get a call from my company last night telling me their charging them $350!!!!ALSO I was so flabbergasted about all of this I apparently left my company cell phone on the ledge of the shipping and receiving office. And of course they havent seen it.

Shipping is a lot faster now

My driver had his worst experience waiting to pick a load. Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this shipper to anyone. Lock of organization and control. Unfriendly people work there as well - all of them.

It wasnt bud as far as loading time at the last pickup, but the loader guy is rude, he is talking like he would be the CEO not the forklift driver 🙄😀..

If you have a delivery to make make sure that you get here before 4:30 because they close at 5pm when you get loaded or unloaded they take forever

Horrible place got in time for appointment 5 hrs later got loaded ... stay away from this place no restrooms employees chatting no care for others time .... I’ll never come back here.
