ThinkTech Advisors is the best choice...bar none. We built a new office and hired ThinkTech to run our cabling, install our racks, networking stack, access points, cameras, and access control. The work was efficient and professionally done. Every outlet was labelled, the cables were neatly strapped together and beautifully run to the patch panel. Ed, the founder, hand delivered hardware when needed, checked on the progress of the job, and personally answered any questions we had. True servant leadership. After the work was completed, Isaac and Angie stopped by to take pictures and ensure everything was tidy and buttoned up. Great white glove service. I highly recommend ThinkTech Advisors.

Each time I submit a help ticket or place a service call, Think Tech Advisors is quick to respond to my need and get an engineer scheduled to resolve the issue. Calls are received by a professional, friendly staff member whose first concern is taking care of the problem at hand. There have been several times an engineer was needed immediately and Ive been connected within a few minutes. In those times where a call wouldnt suffice, an engineer has been dispatched to my location. All staff members with whom I have dealt over the past nearly 6 years are extremely knowledgeable and conscientious about my time and follow up to make sure the problems are indeed solved.

Ed Burton and his team are excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and are on the leading edge for IT solutions. They were able to take a complicated migration involving two email servers on separate domains with users spread out across the east coast to Office 365 very smoothly. Several weeks ago my computer completely fried due to a power outage. I tried changing cables and moving cords to make sure it would turn on - nothing. I called Think Tech Advisors and explained my situation. At that moment all technicians were with other customers and was advised that as soon as one came available I would receive a phone call. ABSOLUTELY TRUE!! Eric whom I work with a lot walked me through some other steps only to find out the computer was completely gone. Think Tech got in touched with my management, ordered my new computer and Eric was able to restore me back and up and running. What a sinking feeling in this computer world to think how in the world will I ever get all of the information back like it was. Eric made sure that I had exactly what I needed to properly work as before, came to Greensboro and installed my new computer - he never walked out the door until he knew I was back in full 100% operation. Another situation was my work iphone decided it didnt like the storms and he called me immediately and took him about 5 minutes to walk me through the repair that needed to be accomplished. This group is the best, patient and so customer oriented. You will NEVER BE dissatisfied!! I am so glad they take care of the GPAgency!!
