Purchased a Ford Flex off their lot as-is…noticed it had a few issues and spoke with the Sales Manager Caleb about it. They did not hesitate to fix the issues I had not already repaired and reimburse me for the ones I did. I recommend any dealer that will do this to make sure a customer was happy with their vehicle. Thank you Leith AcuraUDATE: it’s been less than 3 months and I have been told by my local auto repair shop the transmission needs to be replaced in this vehicle. I call and spoke with Gavin in sales about it asking them to take a look and I was told I would get charged. So if you want buy here pay here lot service then you come and spend $10,000 on a car (paid cash) with Leith Acura so you can pay more money for repairs less than 3 months later. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE

I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and my experience up front was not a good one. I spoke with Juan Hiare the GM of the store. He stated policy as well as showed empathy for the situation. He took actions to resolve the situation and made me feel better concerning the situation. He was understanding and allowed me to voice my concerns. I am thankful to him for resolving the situation because my daughter really loves the car. The car was purchased for my 16 year old and she was very Surprised. Seabastian Diaz my car salesman was very helpful during the entire process.

This was a great experience. John Martin was fantastic and super patient. I mean we went and got a used car from another lot and wasnt ready to pull the trigger. They let me drive the car over night to see if it is the 1. I still wasnt sure upon returning the car the next day. John then showed me the perfect car based on my dislikes of the car i just drove overnight. He had the other car brought to the dealership and upon its arrival i new it was the 1. I was so excited. Drove it and fell in love with the car. It litterally was perfect. Then i told John that he needs to make the numbers work. They did just that. Got me an acceptable payment and terms. The finance guy Spurling was also great.. he did the paperwork super fast and offered me some great options to help me protect my investment. But he wasnt pushy as we went through the options. Overall a great experience. I would definitely reccomend John Martin for any car purchase u need either new or used. TRUST ME YOU WONT REGRET WORKING WITH HIM.The only thing is that i didnt even meet the sales manager that worked my deal. He never said hello,gave me an intro, not even a goodbye after i bought the car. I get that its covid and all but u can still talk and keep a safe distance. It was not a big enough deal that i deduct a star but it would have been nice to meet the man that stays behind the towerBut either way i will reccomend everyone i can to John Martin and Leith Acura.

OKAY SELLING VEHICLES THAT FLOOD! Initial experience was great. We bought a pre owned vehicle and it had minor damage inside and out which they fixed the best they could. The fact they were willing to do that for us is why we purchased a vehicle with them. 2 weeks into owning the vehicle it rained and the passenger floor board FLOODED, the amount of water made me think maybe the door wasn’t closed properly. I cleaned it up and paid close attention to making sure we close the doors properly. Last week it rained again and again it FLOODED, I called up Leith Acura letting them know they sold us a vehicle that has a MAJOR problem and was told had they known about it while it was on the lot they would have fixed it but since we drove it off the lot and had no warranty there was nothing they can do. I find it extremely UNETHICAL that they feel it is okay to sell a vehicle like this and that they have no responsibility to fix it. If it was not for this they would be receiving 5 stars and it is unfortunate because we would have bought another vehicle from them in the future but now, no way. Extremely disappointed. Will try to post pictures in google photos.
Alex Gilliam was my service advisor. They’re all nice, super friendly when you’re making an appointment for repairs, but God forbid you have a question/issue after the repair work. In my case I spent over $700 for them to replace a power steering pump. I called and asked if I can take it back for a mechanic to take a quick look just to make sure it’s working properly. This doesn’t take over a minute to do- I pop the hood and start the car, simple as that. He wants to charge me half and hour of labor for this. I thought that’s the point of their repair guarantee and the advantage of going to the dealership. Should’ve known better. Never ever again!
Allan Seastrom and Gavin Davis are the employees who deserve the recognition in my interactions. I was serving as go between for my daughter in her search for a late model used Honda CRV. Allan got it delivered from another Leith dealership, dealt with us in EXACTLY the way i had specified, didnt pressure, answered all questions, and did everything we had requested in the vetting process of the car. Gavin, a sales manager, added a personal touch/interaction as we moved towards a purchase. Let me say, I loathe to the point of almost outright hate the car buying process, but these gentlemen were not anything like the preconceived notion that was ingrained in my mind. Go see them. Theyre good people. Thanks, guys, for great experience in assisting me and my daughter.

I normally DREAD getting anything done with my car, but not here. They were fast, friendly, personable and the environment they create is just great. There were nice waiting areas and they checked in on me through the whole appointment keeping me updated about everything going on with my car. Not to mention my Acura is 16 years old and has over 240k miles on it and it still drives great.
I reached out to Acura in Cary, Southpoint, Winston-Salem, and Raleigh--save yourself the hassle and start with Doug. Doug was amazing, he made car shopping easy. He was there when I needed him but allowed me the space to make my decision. Doug makes you feel like he is on your team--he works with you to get the best deal possible. We live out of state and went there to purchase a used vehicle. We had a great experience with everyone there. Martin took us out on test drive and answered all our questions. Spurling handled all our paperwork to purchase the vehicle and get it registered. Being out of state he delivered as promised and had our new license plate and registration to us before the 30 day temporary plate expired. Everyone there was professional and made us feel at home.
