The professionalism and service level is excellent. The staff is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. All requests are completed quickly, well within the known response times. The sales staff is quick to recommend products and ideas, but is not pushy about products to purchase. Engineers are friendly, reliable, and flexible to perform work to not hinder daily operations.

My experience with Carolinas IT has always been extremely positive. They are responsive to requests and provide expert advice to help solve data sharing and long term storage solutions. To list all of their laudable attributes would take too much space, so I will just say they are the best.

We transitioned our IT services to CITs managed services in 2016. Their service and knowledge is outstanding. We recently completed a project to a terminal server environment. CIT managed the project with no interruption in service. We are now more efficient and responsive to our clients and business partners due to the IT services provided by CIT.

My husband hired Carolinas IT recently. He called in a service request before 10:00 am and didnt receive a call back until 5:00 pm after he followed up with the company three times. He hasnt given up on them but Im not sure I would be as patient.
