Im not usually the one to write reviews but Acquire took a chance on me when other places wouldnt. I didnt have the experience in marketing and business but have always wanted to be in this industry. They told me that they would hire me and help to train me on a probationary period. Im now on full time and have gained not only the experience, but also I get to work alongside an amazing team of people.

One thing to note is a large part of this company is developing employees into business leaders so working here is very enjoyable and beneficial if you have bigger, long-term goals. It’s good experience regardless of your career goals, but if you’re looking for something more short-term and are more comfortable with staying at the same level it’s probably not the best fit for you. As a former college athlete, I have really enjoyed the team atmosphere, healthy competition, and coaching styles of my managers at Acquire. Knowing that my managers started in the same position as myself and worked their way up to their currents roles has been highly motivating for me. When certain things have come up in my personal schedule theyve always been understanding and flexible. The pay is a happy medium between hourly and commission so I know that when it comes to my commission what I put in is what I get out!

Acquire reeks of all the ingredients of an MLM. Primary goals of recruiting new members to the company and selling subscriptions to people, moving quickly up the corporate ladder if you recruit enough people, promises of salaries exceeding 100k in your first year if you work hard enough, a salary that is all commission-based if it outweighs your base salary which is essentially minimum wage, etc. Also, both of my interviewers had been with the company for less than 6 months.BEWARE!

While working here at Acquire I have grown so much as a person and in my career. There is a huge support system of not only other co workers but the managers as well, always looking to help you improve as a professional and as a person.

Acquire is not a place where youd sit behind a desk and do just enough to get by. It is a very fast paced, competitive, high energy environment where those who want to grow will succeed most.

Job titles online are totally FALSE and misleading. This includes most of the “job titles” they post. The positions consist of going into a Costco or Sam’s Club to do direct selling. So basically you are one of those super annoying people that everyone avoids when they enter a store. This company replies to Glassdoor reviews saying that they go through this in the interview process, but how about you don’t lie and be HONEST in the job descriptions.
