Since working with Leah I’ve gained lots of insight and a new perspective on how to tackle my goals and make positive shifts to better align with my best self. Not only is she a great coach, but she is a kind and loving person who brings her bright light to everything she does. I hired Leah when I started a new position in an industry I was completely unfamiliar with. I was struggling to effectively communicate with my peers and manager. Leah M Ward Coaching did a DISC assessment with small business owners and helped us to learn about DISC and communication. With a room full of entrepreneurs, all with different backgrounds and specialities, she helped us to understand our DISC scores and how to use our communication skills to be better leaders and communicators.
