West Shore did a great Job. They installed a shower at another home of mine so I already knew of their craftsmanship and product. This is why I had them do my home. The in home visit was quick and easy, since I knew what I wanted. Prices have increased a little but thats to be expected with the world now and the cost of materials.I feel that with the amount of work the installers, Trevor T. and Kris G. did was worth every penny. They were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. I couldnt be happier. Taking my old original bathroom from 1993..yes 1993 to 2021...So you know there were some issues they had to address. Great company, great product, great customer service so far. With the warranty which I hope to not have to use I feel this is a great product and Company.

Awesome Change! We had one of our bathrooms converted from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower. Ed our Design Consultant was great from our first meeting until the job was complete. He came over and explained ever detail about the products and cost, he checked in with us during the remodel and again after it was complete. The day of the gut out and install was a breeze. The team of two men showed up on time and finished it all in one day! No mess, left everything clean, and were very professional. Was exactly what we discussed and looks fantastic. Replaced garden tub (45 x 60) with custom walk-in shower (43 x 60). West Shore Home came to my home for the initial sales visit where all measurements and pictures were taken. Details were discussed and all installation plans set.The installers arrived on-time, worked efficiently, kept me informed while i worked from home, kept the bathroom clean from dust (as much as possible) and checked with me for exact placement of shelves and grab bars. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather, Greg, and Chris did a great job and i love my new shower! I gave my 9 yo 160 lb English Mastiff a shower today and we had plenty of room. It was so easy and not traumatic for us. Thank you West Shower Home...2 paws and 2 thumbs up! Will definitely recommend to all my peeps.

My husband and I are thrilled with our two West Shore Home bathroom renovations—one a conversion from a tub to a walk-in shower and the other the replacement of a soaking tub with a new tub and surround. From start to finish, the jobs were expertly handled and each renovation was completed in a day. The materials, workmanship and processes were of the highest caliber and exactly as described by the sales rep and in their video demonstration. I had high expectations, but the finished result considerably exceeded my expectations. What they provide is not a slap-dash, cover-up makeover, but a complete reinstallation. The only caveat is that the cost is quite high and potential customers should be prepared to pay more than they had planned on paying. But I firmly believe that the end result is worth the cost.

OMG West Shore Home is the real deal!!!!!!!!! We chose them to redo our master bathroom tub and shower. From day one they made me and my husband feel like we picked family to come take care of our first project. Their sale reps George was amazing he stayed with us until the end making sure everything was good to go. He didn’t just get our order and said good luck he followed up with us too make sure we where happy. We had our guest shower and master bath shower replaced today. Because of having a bad experience with painters that left us after only painting 3 rooms and bathroom, we were upset with not receiving a phone call on what to expect when the installers arrived, we really were mad and Trevor T. received the blunt of our madness. He was very courteous and understood our madness especially after he observed the house. We could not have asked for a better liaison for West Shore Homes. His crew was so nice and courteous, Kris G, A;yden H. and Chris C. They worked diligently and precise as each had a duty and performed it with perfection. My husband and I were so pleased with the outcome and praise them with all our gratitude for the hard work. They were able to get two baths finished in less than 8 hours. I called west shore home to remodel both bathtub/shower units on a house I just bought. John Wood came to my house for my free consultation. We went through the whole process and put together an idea for my new bathrooms. The turn around rate was amazing. I had a crew installing my bathrooms 5 days later and they turned out amazing. I absolutely love them. Alex M, Rob, Xavier, and Jerel did absolutely beautiful hard work. Everyone was very professional and got the work done fast. I was impressed. The team of Isabel L. and Aron S. installed a shower in my bathroom, removing my tub enclosure. They were professional, experienced, kind and thoughtful. They worked quickly and steadily. They completed the job to my specifications and on-time. Isabel returned on her own time the next day to correct an issue with the shower curtain rod, but again worked professionally and efficiently. The entire West Shore Team was very good to work with from the sales staff to the installers. A special shout out to Bryan, the team supervisor, who assisted me long-distance on a holiday weekend! I am very happy that I had West Shore Home do the remodel on my bathroom and will use them again if the need arises. I recommend them very highly!

We used West shore Homes to remove a corner shower unit and replace it with a tub. A sales rep came out and told us about their services and we decided to go move forward with the install, which was running $7k. We had so many projects to do in the house that we just moved into and we did not have luck getting people to give us quotes, so I was excited that I would have a project completed.The install date was scheduled quickly and we were satisfied with the work of the installers. However, there were two issues.Issue #1. The sales rep did not tell us that we would need flooring installed due to bare spots that would be left after removing the corner tub. Thankfully the installers saw this issue and left us some of the flooring that they took up so that we could have the bare spots patched in.Issue #2 The subway tile surround that I selected was not installed. They installed a sterile boring smooth surround. I called the sales rep who said that this was what I selected??? It was not what I selected and I was not about to argue with him about it. He did not follow up with us about this nor did he check on our satisfaction with the overall work. Corporate asked about my satisfaction with the work, so I sent what happened and never heard back from them. For the money we spent, it was not worth it. I would not use them again except for the warranty work.

West Shore Home replaced our old tub with a step in shower, replaced the old shower surround and opened up a window that had been covered years ago. A beautiful new window is now in place and we love it. David Such and Klyn Malone did a great job, everything looks so good. They were so easy to work with. They replaced everything that needed to be moved to get to crawl spaces and such and checked to see if we wanted to keep anything that was replaced. I kept the old window for a future project. They seemed to pay attention to detail and I would highly recommend them.

Contracted West Shore Home to replace 6 windows and an exterior door to my deck. First, the team was GREAT! Tim, Chris, Caro, Calvin, Kemon and Dustin arrived, set up, went to work, and finished up. They answered my concerns - all 2 of them. The worked as a team. They triple checked their work before leaving. No bickering or one telling another it wasnt their job. I asked a couple of them how they liked working for West Shore Home - and they love it. Says a lot about the company, their hiring program, and their culture. Love my windows and especially love my door.

Greg and Thomas arrived at our home right on time and got straight to work. They removed our old shower and put a wall up so that we could turn it into another closet. They also removed our garden tub and installed a beautiful shower. Everything was completed in around 8 hours and has worked perfectly ever since. I would highly recommend this company. Quality is tremendous.

I had to have some of the painters caulking filled in where it dried and shrank. Frank Scofield was the technician who came out and filled in the caulking. He also fixed my shower curtain rod and went above and beyond what he was sent to do by also putting my other curtain rod up that separates my bedroom from my bathroom. Superior 100 star service. My master bath had a large tub that I did not use and a small shower. I hired West Shore Home to pull out my old shower and tub and install a new, larger shower. Mitchell Navarro came out to assess the bathroom, asked me some questions and came up with the perfect design. The installer, Garrett Barbour, showed up on time, was professional, worked the entire time and ensured I had the shower exactly as agreed upon. Basing the shower around my frosted window turned out better than I imagined.

West Shore came to our home to present options for a front door entry system as they call it. Their sales people, Lance and his partner, were professional, nice, and patient. I picked a system but later decided to postpone. I consider them a premium service provider because they use full time employees instead of contractors which can be great when things go wrong. You want to use a business who have the financial strength to come back and make things right even when it impacts profit. Their prices are higher for this type of security and peace of mind. We spent several hours with their sales people and they bent over backwards for us. When we are ready, we will contact West Shore Home.

We recently had our garden tub removed and installed a standard size shower. The two man crew arrived on time and ready to start the project. Roger and Ralph were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Roger knew what questions to ask and talked me through the process. If given the opportunity for future work, Id request Roger and Ralph because they made the project run smoothly and were done in a timely manner. Kudos to West Shore Home and their excellent workers!

Too expensive! They definitely did not get our business. We could not believe the price of the quote we received for a shower remodel. Also, the sales rep took up so much of our time, it was hours. It was a waste of time and energy. If you decide to get an estimate from this company, prepare for hours of talking and an outrageous quote. The price was really ridiculous. Look into other options and consider this company as a last resort.

Had a great experience on the 1st of July, dealing with a walk-in shower install. Ralph & Derek was the install team for the day. The showed up to my door at 9:00 am promptly. These two guys were very professional and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They set up and got to work!! On the tear down they realized the wiring behind the shower wasnt installed properly and call for an electrician to inspect and remedy the issue. They were able to answer any and all my questions dealing with the install. Once, they were finished, clean up was done; briefed me on the upkeep of the shower and were on their way. Great group of guys!! I would have given a 5 star review if the same crew would have came to do my other bathroom install. All in all, the job was done professionally and courteously!!

I seen an earlier comment having a similar experience to mine. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY COME DO AND ESTIMATE FOR YOU. Save yourself the time, energy, and money that they’ll taunt you about if you actually have the money for the remodeling. Chip could have easily communicated he didn’t want to work with us. I could have respected that more. Instead he took it upon himself to make rude and disrespectful remarks to my elderly grandmother, snark comments about if we could actually afford the services offered by West Shore, and lastly did not even provide the simple estimate service requested for one small half bath.

First and foremost, this was a somewhat low pressure sale by Nelson G. However, the difference between Sign right now and this is the locked in price for the next 12 months was quite significant, and I was still able to negotiate a little bit in order to convince me to sign that day. Nelson was instrumental in getting us an even better price with the management team. I get they are hedging for commodities and resin price fluctuations. It makes more sense to Sign Right Now to keep the cost down.Nelson showed up to check on the install process as well. The installers, Ralph D and Jeremiah B, were courteous, professional, and very good at what they needed to do to get the shower installed. While I do recommend the company, I have to note, as the caulk job cured, the caulk noticeably shrunk from surfaces, causing gaps between the edges of some of the items caulked and the caulk itself. I did step on some acrylic shaving the next day, and I have to say, that felt a little bit like stepping on a lego, so we had to make sure we swept up all the remaining acrylic shavings left on the bathroom floor so as not to experience that again.If I had to choose again, I would have chosen a different shower head - the water pressure here appears to be too poor to work well with the shower head we liked.

Roger and Trevor who did the renovation of replacing the tub for a shower.did an awesome job. My new shower is beyond anything I ever imagined! It is absolutely gorgeous! Kyle H and Chris C installed a new shower and they were absolutely fantastic. They had to work in the pouring rain and necer complained and their work was very professional and they did a fantastic job. These two young men were some of the best I’ve ever worked with and I would hire them on the spot! I’m a very satisfied customer!

BUYER BEWARE!! If you cancel within the 3 day grace period, they promise a refund of your deposit within 10 days. Today is day 22 since we changed our mind and cancelled, still no sign of our $2,736.00 refund! Now they say 10 business days from the day they notify us a refund has been processed, but thats not what their cancellation policy says. It CLEARLY STATES any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned in 10 days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice. Since we signed it in the Raleigh office on May 6, that is the cancellation date. MAY 6! Today is May 28, still no money!

We had every operable window in our house replaced in two days (all 39 of them!). We were nervous because it was a very big project. Our experience started a few weeks ago with a visit from a very knowledgeable and friendly West Shore salesman named Rich. He was patient with any question we had, and we had a few. He put together a very detailed and competitive quote which we accepted. Then the production manager Vance came over. Also very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He carefully explained how the installations would be done which is something we wanted to know. Then install day came. The team lead by Rod, Tim, and Eric of about a dozen crew members showed up on time with 5-6 trucks! They really meant business! They got set up and jumped right into the work. Every member of the team was very skilled and professional. We were impressed that each one had great customer service skills. And how well they worked together. We were very comfortable with all of them moving around our house freely. They sprinted for two straight days and knocked it out. Since then the neighbors have been coming over to say how beautiful our new windows are. We couldnt be more proud. Those old wooden windows were really ugly and glued shut. We are so glad they are gone. A big thanks to everyone at West Shore for making our experience so positive. Keep up the good work!

They removed my old fiberglass tub and installed a new shower and did everything in exactly 10 hours from beginning to end. I like the quality of the materials and the installers were neat and efficient. I am already using them again for another bathtub replacement. They followed up quickly when I had a minor issue and it was taken care of promptly. Thanks guys!

Tim and Chris installed new French doors with storm doors and the work is perfect! They were friendly and professional. I would absolutely use this business again.

Really hoping this place will deliver but so far, we are sad that after waiting like 2 months for the glass doors when they finally arrived, one panel was too small. The measurements were either wrong or the manufacturer of the glass really did screw up. The initial reason we were given for the excessive wait time on the panels was COVID. The installation of the shower itself had already been done. But COVID doesnt explain getting the measurements wrong. There is still time for West Shore to make this right and Im hoping they will. If so, Ill be back with an update and may change my rating. Here are pictures of what our shower looks like now. If only we could finally enjoy our new shower!2/12/21 Update: They were able to get the correct sized panels delivered quicker than expected and our bathroom is looking great! Still have not gotten any kind of discount for the additional wait time. I do want to give a shout out to our first installers Daniel and Vorn. They were great! Still hoping to get some sort of credit due to extended wait time.

Ryan Wall with West Shore Homes replaced our old tub and shower with a top quality walk-in shower and we are thrilled! I called my contractor friend to get a price for the same job. He said 2-3 weeks, 2 or 3 men and he would build a makeshift shower outside for us to use while he did the remodel, since we only have 1 shower. His price was over $1000 more than we paid West Shore homes. Ryan did the entire job in about 8 hours! By himself! He tore out the old shower, tub and plumbing, put new plywood behind all the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, shelves, handles and a top of the line shower with a lifetime warranty and topped it off with a perfect bead of caulking!! When he left everything worked as it should and there wasnt 1 speck of dust or dirt to be found! I was in building maintenance all my adult life and I know quality work when I see it. Ryan is quality! 8 HOURS!! BY HIMSELF!! To be honest, I think he could be Superman!!! We needed this job done quickly for the safety of my mother-in-law who had recently moved into our home and we could not have asked for a better company to deal with from the 1st call to inquire about an estimate, the salesman, through the contract process to completion of our new, amazing bathroom! THANKS WEST SHORE HOMES!!

Greg and Nikita did an awesome job with my new shower! They were professional and thorough. They explained the process, cleaned up when they were finished. I couldnt be happier with my new shower!

Alex and Jeremiah, Garret and Sam arrived as schedule and were very professional, sent two teams since we had 2 bathes done. They quickly removed the old tub/shower units that was original to our home. Was surprised how fast demo went, install was just as quick. One bathroom had the tub shower unit and the master was converted to a walkin shower. In the end out baths looked great and better than expected. Would recommend West Shore to anyone.

John, the installer that did the work in our home, was extremely personable, professional and proficient. His work was outstanding. The completed projects were exactly as we hoped. I can not say enough good things about him. I was very impressed how he worked solo and completed everything in such a timely manner. His set up and clean up were fantastic. His explanation of the new plumbing fixtures and the care for the materials used was through and easy to understand. This was a very pleasant experience. West Shore Home, you and John did great!

Bob came in and made some minor repairs, he was respectful and knowledgeable. He came in accessed what was needed, made the repairs cleaned up and was gone. Bob was awesome.

First rate from the sales rep to the installers. I have used the shower for several weeks now and Im very pleased. The team removed some rotten flooring and replaced it with new wood. The rebuild was done in a timely manner and all debris was removed. I will use them again if the need comes up. Thank you to all the West Shore Home for my near walk in shower.

WestShore Home did a tub to shower conversion in our master bath. I was very pleased with the quality of materials used and the resulting finished project. I was particularly impressed with the installation process . The installation team was prompt, prepared with all materials, and very efficient. They took steps to protect the area around the work area and did a super job to clean up after work was complete. Installatin took about 9.5 hours and the result bath looks fantastic.I consider this project a 5 star success.

West Shore Homes installed a new shower in my home on 4/30/21. After waiting for the required time to allow sealants to completely dry I went to take a shower. When I adjusted the shower head it started spraying water from the area where the shower head and the shower pipe connected. I called their service dept on 5/3 and today a technician came out. He verified where it was leaking and affixed plumbers tape to the connection and the problem was resolved. My technician was Joey Kun and he was wonderful. Very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and how to solve my problem. 5 stars for Joey. He got my problem resolved and was on his way in quick order. A very pleasant experience from Joey as well as from West Shore Homes. I would recommend this company if you are in need of their services. I can only attest to their work in replacing showers but the quality and ethics of material and personnel speak highly and I would expect that quality flows into their other areas.

We had a tub to shower conversion done on 5 - 11 - 21. Everything was done very quick and with high quality. It looks so good we are very pleased with the job and the product ! Kevin and Jordan worked hard and did a great job in our opinion it was 5 star work!

We used West Shore Home to re-do a shower in our guest bathroom.Overall, a great experience from sales through to installation.The in-home consultation appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and not overly long. We were able to skip the sales pitch because we knew we were going with West Shore Home when we made the appointment. Within an hour, we had our color and shelf count and paid our deposit. We had an install date within days, and it was only about 2 weeks from point of sale.The install team, Danial and Vorn, were superb. They very politely asked us if they could remove their masks while they were working, as they were on a different level of the house than we were. They protected our carpets, and left the bathroom as clean as it was when they started.We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend West Shore Home.

The salesman Dan is one of a kind. Thoroughly explained about the company and the entire installation process. Our installers Garrett and Sam were very punctual showing up exactly when we expected them. They explained their process and were extremely professional. Our project was a big one so it took 1.5 days, but we had planned for 2 just to be safe. The project came out better than expected. I told them about the old shower line having issues with freezing up during the winter. When they turned the old shower into a closet we didnt have a need for a line up there. They climbed up in the attic, traced that water line down, and removed it all the way back where the water comes into the house. This way we wont have to worry about that water line bursting during the cold winter. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up once the job was complete. They did an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend them and this company for anyone needing a bathroom remodel.

My husband and I purchased new windows from West Shore Homes. We could not be happier! Our installers, Tim, Brad, Jeff and Steven worked so well together. They were fantastic!They arrived on time and went to work. When they entered our home, they had their masks on. We did not have everything removed for them - it was not a problem. They were mindful that I was working from home while they were here. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up. You could not tell they were even here, except for the beautiful new windows.We highly recommend West Shore Homes for new windows.

The team from West Shore Home, were professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Tra Campbell & Dereck C were our installers. It’s hard to believe that they got a whole shower installed in one day. It needs to be seen to believe. They worked fast, they kept the area free of debris, they also cleaned up after themselves. They made sure to answer all the questions we had and left making sure we were comfortable with the installation. Cannot say enough good things about this outfit. Our sales and design person Lauren Smith was amazing, explained the entire process, provided design ideas and was very knowledgeable and professional. The service representative, Joey Kun, came to our residence to correct the incorrect grout color and the the wrong color of drain cover. He was pleasant, courteous and personable. Additionally, he took the time to explain the best way to remove calcium buildup on the glass doors (original door installer did not). Today we had Mitch P and Trai C come to the house to intall a new shower. We could not be more pleased with the product and their workmanship was exceptional. They took one day to complete the project (as promised) and they were so professional and helpful every step of the way.
