CQC was incredible to work with from start to finish. We love our place but the existing floorplan was very chopped up and we wanted something much more open that would take advantage of our wooded views. We tried for over 8 years to figure out a better configuration, but nothing ever seemed right. We met with Kelly at CQC and after a couple of meetings, she and Ericka had an incredible design proposal using quality products while staying within our budget. Dickon, Raymond and his team executed the plan with great craftsmanship. With their use of co-construct, the cost and schedule of the project was very transparent and easy to track. No other company we met with had such a transparent and detailed tool. Raymond was such a quality craftsman. He made sure we were always kept informed of issues and questions that came up throughout the project and he and his team always cleaned up the worksite every day before leaving.It has been over a year since our kitchen remodel. Although I procrastinated in publishing this review, it gives me the opportunity to comment on CQC’s follow through in the warranty phase. We did have a few issues over the year with a couple of items… the oven cabinet molding came unglued and the hardwood floor had a few things that needed to be fixed. Dicken responded immediately and scheduled dates and times to get the issues resolved. I was so amazed that a company paid so much attention to following through with their work. Usually when they get your final payment it is goodbye. It is so nice to work with honest quality folks who stand behind their work.So it is for all of these reasons I recommend CQC for your construction needs.

Very Very happy with our remodeling job. The best part was quick response from staff, especially Nicole. She even responded on weekends promptly, which was fantastic. Overall excellent experience and quality work. Would highly recommend and use their services again.

The CQC Home Team is amazing! They have done a number of projects at my home - full rebuild of my deck into a screened in porch and deck extension (with skylights!), trim repair, window replacement and repair, conversion of my staircase from carpet to hardwoods, upgrades to my kitchen - a little bit of everything really. I have always found them to be reliable, on time, and on budget. My husband and I sometimes joke that we need to buy an older house so we can hire CQC to come in and redo it for us. I have recommended them highly to others and will continue to do so.

I cant say enough great things about the entire CQC team and their quality work. From the initial pricing all the way through completion the work was efficient, clean and exceeded expectations. We were updating our house by taking down wallpaper (with 2 layers found under), the lighting, and fixing all the cracks that had developed throughout the crown molding. Their designer, Stephanie, was a dream to work with offering many paint colors to bring in more light into the house and make the room more modern while ensuring it flowed with the rest of the house. I honestly picked her second choice of color initially and quickly decided after the first coat that I was wrong. No problem for the CQC team as it was changed to Stephanies 1st choice the next day and was exactly the look I was going for.

We hired CQC Home to repair and remodel our home after it sustained damage during a hurricane. From design phase to build phase the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were patient and knowledgeable and didnt tell us what we wanted to hear, instead told us what we needed to hear and gave us realistic choices to choose from. CQC is a business run the right way, and the proof of the pudding is not just in the output of the work done, but in how this team performs. Carpentry is best when its Custom, but its valueless without the Quality!

CQC recently installed granite counters in our kitchen. Ive had a string of bad luck lately with companies not even calling me back or setting appointments and not showing up. That didnt happen with CQC! Even on such a small job they provided great communication, stuck to their timeline, and offered a great price. Will be calling them back for future projects for sure!

I recently used CQC as my general contractor on a house flip project. This was a huge scope of work inclusive of removal of walls, gutting the kitchen and two bathrooms, new wood flooring, updated windows, updates to porches and decking, etc. And given this was the first flip project I was doing, I needed a significant amount of support and guidance... very similar to the experience of doing work on my own residence.Ive worked with several general contractors in my life, on homes that Ive owned, and in business (I owned a roofing business at one point). Let me start by saying that CQC is unlike any company Ive worked with in the real estate industry. They are not only contractors, carpenters, and handymen. This a services organization first. They truly care about their customers and they feel like partners throughout the project. Each person I interacted with at CQC was genuinely interested in making sure I attained my goals for the project, and that everything was done at the highest level of quality, while providing an extremely professional and polite environment.Typically the expectation with a GC is that communication is poor, there are delays in responses, delays in project timeline, increased pricing for scope creep, unclear expectations between GC and customer. None if this happened in my experience with CQC. From the start, a client is assigned a team of experts that all work in a collaborative way to ensure the clients experience is whole. CQC uses user-friendly technology that allows their customer to always have access to timeline, scope, contracts, documents, photos, messages. Everything is online and in one place. If you need to contact someone from the team, you shoot a message online and the whole team distribution receives the message. Someone always gets back to you. CQC is setting a standard that is new in this industry. They are proud of their work and the services they are providing for their customers. And it shows.Ken and Ericka have set the stage at CQC by putting the customer’s satisfaction first. And that is clear in every interaction I had with their personnel. From Dickon, the Construction Manager, who goes out of his way to ensure that the appropriate attention is being given to any situation, to Ray, the Project Manager, who was on top of every detail and not only managed a team of great resources, but also is hands-on with every step of the project. Stephanie was so helpful in providing design guidance. LaTina in the office was always professional and attentive when dealing with invoicing and payment schedule. Every individual is passionate about their job and the companys mission. They want to serve the customer. They want to do it better than the competition. And because theyre all in it together, they are better... than anyone Ive worked with in this arena.I was so impressed with CQC. They stayed within budget, and within timeline… on a HUGE scope of work. I will never use another GC team. Theyre stuck with me. And Ive already referred other people to the team. I think CQC is setting a new bar within the General Contracting space. Im so happy Ive found them.
