Very unprofessional place. One of the barbers sat me down and left me their for about 10min waiting then he came back and told Me he couldn’t cut my hair anymore. I have never experienced any worse customer services than this place. Do not recommend here at all.

If zero stars were an option, I would use it. This place is not clean, and very unprofessional. While the haircuts may be somewhat good quality the wait time and unprofessionalism is not. An appointment was scheduled 2:15pm via online. I arrived on time and not one person even greeted me. I patiently waited. 2:35pm comes around and still not one person checked on me. I see the barber come out and he had just finished playing pool and then proceeded to argue with a customer. That’s where line had been drawn. Why have a website to have customers schedule a haircut and beard trim if you’re not even going to honor the appointment . And if you’re running behind why not just inform the client rather than just informing them you’re running behind. I do not recommend this place. I wasted time, gas and money. I drove 30 mins there and back.

Website and Google listing states they are open until 9:00pm on Sunday. Booked a reservation for 7:30pm to have as clean a cut as possible for a job interview the next day. Arrive a few minutes before 7:30 and there is a party going on inside. I let them know that I was there for a haircut and was told they closed at 6. The door was open and people were inside unwilling to do the cut. Unprofessional on their side given it was their error.

Victor had been one of the best barbers I’ve had the pleasure of getting a cut with. But after a few times I’ve noticed that all barbers there are very good, clean and professional.

Bad experience..wasnt professional with new walk-ins..i waited 1hr and walked out...people coming fresh into barbershop and getting there hair cut before others...they also have a appointment scheduled on Google that does work...and if your not bilingual or personally know someone there you probably be there till closing...if your new in area keep it moving..it hood as hell

My son has been going here since he was about 2 years old & I have no intentions on taking on him anywhere else. They all work fast, so you never have to wait for hours like other barbershops. They are super patient with kids. My son goes to Miguel, but just from sitting & watching, they ALL do a great job! I highly recommend this place!

Only positive, no wait time on a Saturday (now I know why). Barbers spent more time yelling across the shop to one another and not enough time focusing on the cut. Barber also kept stopping the cut to text on his phone for five minutes at a time while another barber interrupted all the barbers going station to station to show them something on his phone on multiple occasions. Highly Disappointed. The barber cutting my son’s hair didn’t know what a shadow fade was and myself and another barber had to constantly explain the cut to him. It’s a barbershop and I understood and don’t mind the chatter, but at least pay attention to what you’re doing and provide a great cut. TRASH CUTS
