The initial setup and meeting with the law office went great. My case was handled in a very timely and professional manner. I have been making my payments since 2016 and they even helped me out when I got a little behind on payments and everything got back on track. The post legal team on the other hand is not so great. For as good as the customer service has been it can be just as bad or worse. My paralegal has changed 5 times and they are unfamiliar with the case so it take twice as long to get them up to speed. Reception often has a tone of frustration and annoyance when answering the phone. You can expect this legal team to get the job done but support on the back end of things is very lacking.

What a nightmare. So many unreturned phone calls and emails. Lies and paralegal changes. It was a waste of 2 months dealing with this company. We got zero legal advice. Just poor customer service.

Do NOT give them any money at all because trying to get it back will lead you to ethical complaints, some ghetto woman yelling at you over the phone, unanswered emails or phone calls and the run around. They didn’t even file a THING in the court system and still ran away with 1100 dollars. They filed nothing. Zero. And then decided to keep all of the money. Run far away from this company.

I initially started the process last year but was embarrassed at my situation and decided to try and make things work. Orcutt after my filing, court appearance and bankruptcy discharge. The whole team did an excellent job and I recommend them highly. On my day in court I had the fortune of being one of the last folks called. During my observations while waiting I noticed that several people not represented by The Law Offices who appeared with their lawyers did not have all of their paperwork ready for the judge. After about the fourth incident like that, the judge announced to the whole court audience that two specific forms were required and that they should be ready before they sit down before the judge. Lee was my attorney from The Law Offices and he advised me that he had me covered after the judge made his announcement. When it was finally my turn, Lee had everything the judge asked for and in the right order. Things went very smoothly. Some other practices may charge less, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you are in great hands is priceless. Many thanks to Lee, Joshua and the many others that worked behind the scenes to help us out when we needed it.

The Law Office of John Orcutt at the Six Forks Rd. location provided me with excellent customer services. I was very skeptical in filing Chapter 13. I just wanted Tina Moore to know how much I appreciate the excellent service she provided during the process of my case when I started this process I was frustrated, and this wasnt my first time unfortunately due to unforeseen life circumstances.
