I am impressed by how well the job they did came out. Someone let a shopping cart roll into my brand new, 3 week old, RAV4 at Home Depot (who BTW became a weasel when it came time to pay for their negligence in getting their carts up) which left 2 dime size dings in my passenger door. Im very particular when it comes to my vehicles, and I am amazed that there is virtually no evidence of any damage at all. I am very happy with National Dent Works, the job they did, their professionalism, and attention to detail. Home Depot on the other hand, lost a relatively large remodeling order for my kitchen and bath for cabinets, floors, paint, and counter-tops.

They could have charged me more based on the estimate and I wouldnt have known better, but they fixed the dent for less AND in less time than I expected. I will definitely use them again!

I took in a new vehicle for service at National Dent Works in Raleigh and the experience was great. Getting a quote via text was easy, they were ready for me when I arrived and were done early. The work was outstanding. I had two dents not just the one I had seen and one was on a crease in the body. When finished they showed me the work and it looked like new. They were also under the quoted price for one dent and fixed both. Highly recommended!

National Dent Works was highly recommended to me by several people and now I understand why. Lynn responded promptly to my text message and pictures that were sent of my detached bumper, and let me know that I could stop by anytime during business hours. He recognized my vehicle immediately once I drove into the lot and was able to reattach everything in less than 15 minutes. Not only does my bumper now look great, I honestly think it looks better than it did before it ever became detached! In addition to doing excellent work, National Dent Works is honest and fair in pricing. I might add that their place is sort of tucked behind another business that is located right on Capital Blvd., which made it just a little difficult to find at first. Look for the first driveway after turning onto Brentwood Rd. off of Capital Blvd. and you are good to go!

I’ll keep it short. Very pleased with the customer service and work. Went in with a dent and 30 mins later truck looks factory fresh again. They even got out a few other dents that I didn’t mention! Top rated establishment for sure.

I had a small dent in my quarter panel that the body shop quoted at around $1200 to fix. I took it to Lynn and he was able to pop it out in no time and at an extremely lower price. It took him about an hour. Lynn is very nice and very knowledgeable about his craft. Id take my car back to him anytime but hopefully I wont need to :)

Lynn greeted me and immediately I felt at ease as he explained how he would fix the dent. I was overjoyed when he finished. I could not tell that there had been a dent. It was completely gone!!! I recently purchased an original low mileage 1986 Monte Carlo SS with in great shape, except from having a few dents and dings from previous owners wear and tear. I bought it to this place to see if they could fix some of the damage. I went in thinking that they wouldn’t even attempt to work on a 30+ year old paint job, but man was I wrong. I turned my car over to them and felt like I got a brand new car back! All the dings and dents were removed. They told me they removed over 50 dents and dings, and even polished the areas that were dinged up. Now I feel more secure about my purchase, and less conscious about driving an eye sore. If you have dings, bring your ride here. You won’t regret it. The staff is very nice and professional. Great job!

The work done was great. The people we dealt with were nice, friendly and very helpful. They treated our truck like it was their own. We had planned on another body shop to complete the work but they were so nice at the hail assessment that we decided to give them a chance. Glad we did! A soccer ball fell on top of, and dented, the roof of my car. Took it to National Dent Works and they did a quick paintless dent repair. Very nice and professional, and fast service. I 100% recommend.

Twice in under 3 months I’ve had what I consider freak accidents—first, a fall from a ladder and the ladder hit my car and then a fawn running frantically in a spacious median somehow managed to cross a busy lane of traffic and then turned directly toward my car in the far lane, hitting the front corner of my vehicle. In both cases, Lynn at National Dent Works worked wonders and was as gracious and kind as any person could be. He has a quiet, kind manner and each time had genuine empathy for the things going on in my life other than the car issues. Life has blessings in troubled times and often they come through the kindness and generosity of another person. Twice now Lynn has been that person for me. His work is excellent, and his heart is big.

I had some rather substantial damage to my roof and roof rails due to pulling into my garage with my bike on the roof rack. Fortunately, the bike suffered no damage but the car was pretty bad. I received 3 quotes for this work and NDW was the most competitive .. by a wide margin. The work performed by Lynn was outstanding. He told me exactly what I could expect as an outcome and he actually exceeded his assessment. My 2016 Volkswagen Beetle was seriously damaged during the recent Johnston County hail storm. I didn’t have a clue how my car could be restored back to it’s original appearance. After experiencing a hit and run on our back bumper I was expecting a very expensive repair. I brought the car in to NDW and Lynn gave me a very good quote to fix it. Three days after buying a new Yukon Denali I opened the door into one of the protective barriers at the gas station. National Dent Works was not only able to make my Yukon look new again, they did it quick and inexpensive, and they removed the dealers decal for me as well. Any other dings I get from here on out will be a quick trip to National Dent Works.

Called three different times because I was shopping for quotes to fix some issues with the body of my automobile. Each time, Lynn was super nice and easy to speak with. My 2019 Honda CRV was damaged in the hail storm in May of this year. I had damage on my roof, hood and passenger side -- lots of dings. The guys and gal at National Dent Works did a fantastic job without having to repaint my new car! I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them and would recommend them to friends.

Ridiculous is the only way to describe this place. I took my truck by to get an estimate on two dents that were shallow and not creased in any way. Guy told me 350$. My uncle owns a body shop, and let me say the other reviewer is wrong. It would be way cheaper at a body shop on the edge of Raleigh. This guy is a complete scam artist. Maybe would have taken 45 minutes at best to complete the job.....for 350$$!!!!! Do not let these people take your hard earned money.

Lynn is awesome. Hes humble and appears to run his shop on the pretense of under-promise and over-deliver. My dent was in a challenging spot, right on a side body line curve, several other places refused to even attempt it. Lynn was up for the job and set my expectations early in the process but in all sincerity he did amazing work. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and most importantly for ANYONE shopping around for dent repair, he charged me LESS than originally anticipated because he thinks he could have done better. The dent is essentially invisible now, but because of how high his own standards are he charged less. That is amazing businessmanship and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Had a dent from an unknown hit-and-runner in parking lot and just HAD to get it fixed. Had an initial estimate done at a reasonable price. Lan (only employee at Capital Blvd location) was able to get me in same-day. He said he would get the fix done best as possible, which I didnt mind because I wasnt about to pay $500-600 at a body shop. After an hour, I took a look at the job done and was VERY pleased! It was pretty near perfect of a fix. From a distance, it looks like nothing had ever happened. I am satisfied with Lans service, and will recommend to any friends that run into dent trouble.
