Raleigh Wrought Iron just installed new porch railings and a custom art piece for us. They are the nicest, most fair company I have worked with in a long time. Highly recommend these guys if you need iron work anywhere around Wake County. Showed up when they said they would, fair price, and really nice job on porch rails. Got estimates from their local competitors also, one of competitors seemed dishonest and the other didnt show up when he said he would. Use Stelian for iron jobs, you will be pleased!!

Stelian is a craftsman and a character. He measured my front porch for a hand rail, and sketched how the installed job would look. Two weeks later his crew installed the job, fastening the railing into the porch column and stone steps. They werent the cheapest bid, but Im very satisfied with the work.

If I could place half a star or no stars I would. I requested that they create 1 stair rail. I emailed several images, with measurements and all. It took them 4 hours to respond back to me, and the response was EXTREMELY RUDE. Our initial email with attached images stated We need something VERY simple, and as closely matched as possible. If full twist are not in stock or prolongs the process simplest is fine. Their response Not interested thanks. I had to call him to request why he would return a customer request in such a manner. His statement was that they only do custom work and that this is Walmart type of rails. I could have cared less about that. I know full well what type of business I called when I contacted them. I didnt care if they used Gold to construct the rail, but the gentleman I spoke to had not given me any option. I didnt get any cost, even if it were $20,000 to complete this and that it would take 2 years to do. It is a simple 88 inch single Wrought Iron rail that I needed for stairs. After I discussed my anger at his customer service he said that it would take 3 weeks. REALLY 3 WEEKS TO MAKE 1 SINGLE 88 INCH WROUGHT IRON RAIL!!! WOW I guess it wasnt enough money for him, Aww, I forgot, HE NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A PRICE TO BEGIN WITH.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLEI attempted to get his name and he wouldnt even provide it, as he feared a negative review.I am sorry, your customer service is very poor.

I feel bad for simple man this is a shop of artists. If he wants simple and does not even care about the result, why not go to Home Depot. I was offended by his simple e-mail and Im on the opposite coast. What a jerk.
