Great service by Mike Miles. Mike replaced the front bumper cover on my Mustang 2 years ago. Recent road trip and I came home with some good size chips. I stopped in without an appointment and Mike took care of me immediately touching up several chips........ true customer service.

Mike did a fantastic job painting my helmet. He was very prompt on his communication, did exactly what I wanted, and the end result far exceeded expectations. Mike also went the extra mile when I got a rock chip on my freshly painted helmet. Not only did he set up a time to bring it buy to get it touched up, he had it back to me the same day with no charge!! I highly recommend this shop!

Dropped my 2018 Raptor off to get the door repainted from a disastrous hack job from another body shop. Mike and his crew did an amazing job matching the paint and making it look brand new again. I rebuilt a Porsche Cayman. It needed painting (see attached pic of my different part colors). The bumper, fender, and hood gaps were not straight. I handed it over to Mike at Auto Arts. When I got it back, it was a work of art. The Porsche looks brand new. The paint is amazing. They are getting popular, so you might have to wait a little while to get an appointment, but it is worth the wait.

I couldnt be happier with the level of service from Mike and the whole team at Auto Arts, Inc. I came in with a peppered front bumper from rock chips. The end result, I had a brand new bumper. Its so shiny, the bumper is mirror reflective of my driveway. I will go back and highly recommend for any body / paint work you might need. AMAZING!

Auto Arts did an outstanding job with the repairs of my 63 Porsche hood and cowl. The work was done on time and the cost was reasonable. The metal work was perfect and the paint match spot on; it is impossible to tell that any work was done on the car. The shop also repaired a couple of other small dents and imperfections that were not part of the job at no additional cost. In addition, Mike Miles was a pleasure to deal with.

Bought a Tahoe from an auction around a year ago and it came with a bare roof, meaning no rails for a roof rack. I literally tried everything from Yakima, Thule and a few others and no-one had a option for an aftermarket roof rack for a SUV with a bar roof.So then after all this I went to the Chevy dealership to see if they would put one on and even they wouldnt. I have no idea why but then I got the idea to call body shops that did custom work. I live a little ways outside the city so I called all the people around me first and said they didnt want to touch it either.I told my self must be a lost cause. However my persistence paid off and while I was at work one day I did a quick search and Mikes place came up. I called him and without a second of hesitation he said bring it in and got it done and for way less than some told me it might be if I was able to find someone.Long story short, Thank you for helping me out and for quality work, wish I would have thought about this option a lot sooner.

Auto Arts is my go to place for anything related to car modifications. Zach and Mike did custom artwork on my hood and refinished my headlights in November. In February, they installed an amp and sub and added glitter to my hood. Sometime this summer, Ill be back for more custom work. I wouldnt take my baby anywhere else. This shop is amazing! Where do I start? A few years ago I was referred to Mike and the crew at Auto Arts Inc. I’m very particular with my cars and needed some minor customization done so my Camry wouldn’t be so “run of the mill.” Mike understood my vision and delivered an absolute perfect job. My folks have a Toyota Venza and they met up with a stray hubcap which caused some substantial damage. Took their “silver” car to Mike and again, exceeded our expectations. The silver color he painted matched better then factory. Most recent job was to repair 35 years worth of road rash (paint chips/worn away paint) on a 1985 Toyota Celica Supra I have. There was never any question who I was going to have do the Supra’s “facelift.” Picked the car up last week and again, Mike and his team did an amazing job. My Supra looks brand new. Believe it when I tell you Mike MATCHED the new paint to the original 35 year old finish. They pay close attention to every last detail to repair or restore your vehicle back to showroom condition. Mike and his team did a great job fixing a few scratches I had on my drivers side fender, door chip, and trunk. The turn around time was exceptional as well, dropped the car off Wednesday and picked it up Thursday.Highly recommended for any body work needs!

I called 5 other places around Cary/Raleigh and no one could get a part painted for me last minute. These guys managed to paint the part in one day, and then offered to attach it to the car for me. Overall the staff was really pleasant to work with and the pricing was fair.I got the noticed that they had some very talented people working there, and I wouldnt hesitate bringing in your nicer than average cars.

Amazing work done by Mike and the crew. My car was hit by a deer, yes the deer ran into me. Everyone at Auto Arts was extremely friendly and didnt mind my random visits to see how it was going. Mike is awesome, he was able to perfectly match a complex light pearl paint color on a removable corvette top that had been painted factory red. I can’t say enough good things, Auto Arts is my new go-to for all paint and body work.

Had my girlfriends car in for a front end repair, as it was a hit and run, the customer service was great, and the work performed was executed poorly, the paint was great, but due to some broken bolts, instead of properly fixing them, breaking a headlight tab, they decided to try and use glue to fix the broken tab on the driver side headlight, along with using self tapping screws to hold the headlights in place. One tab on the side skirt was out of line, instead of replacing the side skirt tab, they decided to used a self tapping screw to drill it in place, getting the car back after driving home, and inspecting the work, due to them removing the radiator, the top seal on the rad was cracked.I will never be back as a customer again, and will show the work they performed to anyone whos concerned with their shop.

The work that was done was great but there was things not done that’s I asked and I didn’t know about it until I got there to pick up my car. The price didn’t just remain the same but was more than the original price.

Purchased an aftermarket rear diffuser for my vehicle for a sportier look. My car has metallic paint with small flakes on it from the factory, which is hard to match. Auto Arts was able to match it perfectly! They definitely use quality paint and have skillful employees as the paint still looks new a year later (its been in rain, snow, hot summers, etc)

Had a trailer hitch installed on a new car that was not designed to have a hitch. Auto Arts handled it with ease and did an excellent job in a few days. Price matched the estimate and I was happy to pay for the quality.

I have used this shop twice now. Once for headlight installation and once for replacing the bulbs as the bumper needed to be removed. Both times, Mike was extremely helpful in explaining the process and the most cost efficient way to get what I wanted - without making me feel like I was getting the stereotypical female in a car shop treatment. Havent had any issues with the headlights fogging over or leaking since they put them in over 2 years ago. Today, they fit me in to replace those bulbs on very short notice. Everyone Ive spoken to there has been extremely nice and helpful!

Prior to moving to NC, I attempted to have my motorcycle fairing painted at a half@$$ed shop in Dallas, TX. The resulting work was a disaster. Once I moved to NC, I found Auto Arts Inc. Impressed with the reviews and pictures of their previous work, I contacted the shop and made an appointment to meet with Mike. When I arrived, I met with Mike, Valerie, and Zach. They listened to my ideas and gave me the opportunity to see some projects in the works. With a few specifics laid out for Zach, the rest was up to his creative mind. Mike had his work cut out for him to strip the fairing completely down, prep, and repaint. Five weeks later...my expectations were surpassed with the finished product!! Top notch custom work by great people!!The team turned out an awesome paint job...many thanks!!

BUYER BEWARESo I am not one to do reviews but my experience here merits a review to warn people paying for services from Auto Arts. They did quality work on my grill which I had them debadge, I am not contesting that. They filled and premiered the whole grill. Sounds like and looks like they really did put the hours into doing it right. However when I went to pick up the grill the price we agreed on, with paper work, was not the price they wrote me up for. I had the original paper work with me and presented it to the front desk lady. Sometimes there is confusion, they seem to have a lot of work going through there and it can happen. But that wasn’t the case here. They basically redid the numbers bringing my new total 170 dollars more expensive. Claiming the labor tax can’t be calculated until after the work in NC. Which I was supposed to receive a 10 percent military discount on.... not sure if it’s true but nonetheless it’s not the total we agreed on and I was certainly not told that when i agreed to drop the grill off. Mean while Mike tried to be slick and fold the original quote up putting it into his pocket while we were talking (don’t think I didn’t see that) and basically wrote the same notes on the first quote to the second quote, in the same ink color mind you. I supposed I can appreciate the attention to detail if your going to take advantage of someone. My guess is they are mad I declined to have my grill painted there since I can’t decide on a color? I don’t know but that’s just bad business.Bottom line, if you want to pay outrageous prices they do quality work but watch yourself as they are shady. I guess they really needed the extra $170?

Im on my third project with this shop. From the conceptual stage, to the final product, theyve been absolutely amazing. Mike is extremely patient with any questions and ideas you bring him, and Val is super cordial and welcoming behind the desk. Each estimate has been dead on, and all the work has been beyond my expectations. Ill be back with my next project, and theyre the only ones I trust now.

Mike and the gang have worked on my 1948 Ford Anglia street rod several times. Mike installed custom turn signals and brake lights for safety, and Zack did some incredible art work on the trunk panel and front end, as well as pin striped around the existing flames that run down the side of the car. It really made the overall look much better. Zack has also done some awesome pinstripe work on my 2013 Fiat Abarth, which is my daily driver.I wold recommend Auto Arts to anyone needing any sort of custom work on your car, truck or motorcycle. I like to drop by the shop once in awhile to say hello, and see what awesome projects they are working on.

Had them do a Cervini upper and lower grille install and window tinting on my 2019 Mustang 5.0 a couple weeks ago. They did a great job and Mike only charged me the price he quoted me even though the job took longer than he anticipated. I would go back for more services.

Just got a collision estimate. Took about 5 minutes and the staff was super knowledgeable and nice.

What can I say.... 18 months ago, I took my 2014 RAM in to get the old school Superman S on the hood and rear quarter panels with a hockey puck stripe, calipers....and the grill powder coated. They also suggested getting the engine cover painted. WOW was that an under suggesting, my truck looked and looks AMAZING. It is old school, nothing fancy, yet done AWESOMELY!!....... fast forward about 18 months, I get a 2015 Charger for my wife. She needed it done up in Supergirl..... a little more modern than the old school S was our request, something in pink and silver. Mike, Zack ....... OMG. talk about a top notch professional team with unbelievable talent and skills. From the 3D pink and silver Ss on the hood rear quarter panel and trunk.... to the swoosh on the doors/side to the grill and the sparkling pink calipers and the engine cover ...oh and dont forget the extreme attention to detail on the headlights.If you want something done RIGHT and PROFESSIONAL and above all else customized like no other can do.
