Good Steel Gym. No Fluff, just straight fitness. Old school authentic. Great place to train. Always enjoy coming here.

Planet Fitness calls themselves judgment free but in my experience this place is way better for that. The rules are very loose and the atmosphere is really chill. The music choice of most the guys was filled with terrible content, but no one bothers you so bring headphones and youre good. Great place to get in, workout, and get out. Bathrooms need improvement tho.

Disgusting inside and out. Ever want to worry about getting tetanus from gym equipment? Well look no further this is the place for you! If safety and cleanliness mean anything to you I recommend paying the 10 extra bucks to go to gym with working cameras and a staff that will actually pay attention to concerns and hazards. In conclusion, you will learn everything you need to about this place by looking in the bathrooms. (Bring something to throw up in if you do)

Completely run down. Nearly every piece of equipment is broken and/or a risk for injury.

Great local gym that doesnt try to drag you down with a contract. You pay for each month you want to go and dont pay for the months that you dont want to go. The gym itself is on the smaller side but very rarely if ever is it crowded. It has all the general weights and machines you would need and even a CrossFit designated area. There are showers in the bathroom and Ive seen the owner clean them a few times a week to keep everything tidy. All in all, its a great gym!

Best gym in the local area

Never have I witnessed a gym owner so determined to make this the best gym the City of Radford has ever seen. Definitely worth the sign up if your trying to branch away from the University gym and try something new. Not to mention theres a brand new cross fit room, as well as a cardio room filled with bikes, boxing gloves/punching bags, jump ropes, ect!!P.S, your allowed to wear cut offs and tank tops.
