Top notch service!I had to get unplanned repairs on my company vehicle. No enterprise locations nearby had spare vehicles at the time but the manager at this location went the extra mile to let us know hed have some returns that afternoon and would call when he knew for sure. He called a bit later and delivered on the promise!! Also they agreed to drive me back to my car when it was fixed and it was well out of their normal delivery range. Will be using this location for all my rental needs moving forward.

Ive rented from this location twice so far this year, and have another vacation rental coming up in a month. I cannot stress enough how helpful, considerate, and friendly they are here. If youre lucky, Jordan will be there when you need a rental. This is the nicest, most professional and helpful young man Ive encountered in forever! I hope his managers are reading this - give this guy a BIG RAISE! Hes a true asset to your company! This office is located on site at Harveys Chevrolet in Radford.

Customer Service was and always is excellent. I just dont understand how your prices have jumped so high just in the last year. I rent from Enterprise about 4 times a year and prices have gone from 19.99 per daywhen I started 3 years ago to 66.00 per day just in the last year. That is just a ridiculous increase.

Very efficient rental process, with COVID19 precautions in place. The rental took a matter of minutes and I was on the road! Although the small cargo van I had wanted was not available, the agent was able to suggest a couple of alternatives. The Nissan passenger minivan worked out well. Return check-in after hours was just as easy. I promptly received an electronic receipt early the next morning.

Everyone I interacted with was very nice. I had no problems with the vehicle I rented.Here is what didnt go well.....I reserved the car on line and had a quoted price. When I picked the car up, I failed to bring the quote. The price I was provided at the rental point sounded substantially higher than the quote. When told this the agent immediately gave a 5% discount. I didnt have the original quote so I left it at that. When I got home, I found that even with the 5% discount, I was billed $31 more than the quote. When I returned the car one day early, an agent called to follow up on my experience. When I told him my quote was still $31 lower than I was billed, he immediately agreed to refund the difference. All very good but heres the real question - How can it be that I have a reservation which the location had on file when I got there but they didnt charge me that price? Id expect their computer system to register the entire reservation. If you reserve a car and have a quoted price, be sure to bring that with you.

The staff at Enterprise was quick and efficient when I arrived to pick up my car. I was hesitant to drive a hybrid vehicle but they quickly put me at ease. The car was wonderful to drive. Comfortable both front and back for me and my daughter. Great gas mileage and the navigation saved us more than once.Thank you again for such a great experience.

I was very pleased with the vehicle and the staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I returned my car to their location early on a Friday afternoon and they gave me a ride back to my vehicle which was parked at my job. I will definitely use enterprise again and would highly recommend to anyone.

This enterprise need to be sham how they didnt clean the inside of these cars knowing that COVID-19 Is out here they never clean these car the one on Taylor street Radford VA go to christiansburg VA to get your rental your car. They dont take the time to clean these car but pray no one gets sick cause this car was not clean we had to wipe it down 😡

Disappointments and very bad trip because of renting car from Enterprise. I had to go to Atlanta for a 2 days trip and had to struggle because the car was never maintained for the basic requirements.1. The car had 2 sockets for the USB for the navigation system but both failed from the beginning and I had to struggle for my whole trip (too and Fro.) and only requesting others help in getting directions. It took 8 1/2 hours (one way) to reach Canton, GA. In fact, I had to go to a radio shop to write down the route details. taking about 20 minutes.2. The car never had CD drive. No one told us at the office. We have no choice other than listening to Radio in the car.3. The car had about 32000 miles only, but no consistency in driving. It could not pick up above 60 miles but picks up suddenly above 60 after some time and same thing when the car runs at 40 miles speed. I could not keep up the speed along with the traffic.4. Your office charged $200 towards advance maintenance without checking the basic requirements in the car for the customers. I do not know and understand your car maintenance schedule. It is unfair. Of course they returned back the money when I returned the car.I am very much doubtful in renting your car.

Hit a deer at 2:00 in the morning. Spent the night in a Radford motel then walked over to Enterprise. The team there had me in a car within 15 minutes. After a week, I called and asked for a smaller car to reduce cost. Drove 3 hours to get there and no smaller car was available. No problem! The team cut my daily price to match that lower cost vehicle. Saved money and kept the mid-size I was already driving. The entire team was OUTSTANDING. When I walked in 3 weeks later to return the rental they actually knew my name which impressed me. Great team!!

No problem reserving a car. Even got the color of car my wife suggested. Clean vehicles; late models (unlike clunkers found in some other car rental agencies). The staff is super nice too. Friendly and professional. The rates are affordable too. Cant beat that with a stick. Tell them Nino sent you.

Representative was pleasant when I checked in. There was no manual in the car so it took the entire trip to find features like cruise control. The air conditioner was not very good in the vehicle and I never got my phone connected. I returned my car after hours, but before it was due back. They tried to charge an extra day. Hoping our administrative assistant got this worked out!

The car itself was very nice and the people were friendly. The guy at the counter told me there was a $100 “holding” fee that would be removed when I returned the car. Well I was still charged the extra $100 fee even though I brought the car back in the same condition I received it in

Upon renting a select automobile from Enterprise for a weekend trip to Ohio from Virginia, I come to find that the car was not prepared well by staff for such destinations. First of all, the inspection had expired a few days before the trip. If I were to have wrecked, or entered into some form of car damage during my trip, then insurance would not have been legally obligated to pay for damages. Leaving that financial burden to be payed off from out of my pocket with my money.Not only that, but in addition to that, the windshield wipers were not competent enough to even provide visibility during rain showers. This was extremely inconvenient and dangerous, as the rain showers were abundant throughout the trip.

Unexpectedly had to drop a car for repair at Harvey Chevrolet, needed to rent a car to get back home to Blacksburg, none available on spur of the moment, so they offered and gave me a ride home gratis, no obligation. After having to get a rental while my car was being repaired, my first time renting experience was so-so. I was told by my insurance company that I would have a compact SUV reserved for me when I arrived, however upon arrival I was told by enterprise that they did not have any compact SUVs available and my only options were a large SUV or a mini van. After asking if there was anything smaller available I was told that there was nothing else available for me. Out of curiosity I proceeded to ask the employee how the whole process works since I am under 25 years old, I did not get an answer to that question just a oh youre not 25??, in that case we cant allow you to rent a large SUV. After several minutes of the employee trying to get me to take a mini van, he then tells me that they do have a truck available for me if I would rather have that. To make a long story short the whole process just seemed very unorganized, however the employee did make it right by finally offering me something other than a mini van. The truck was very nice, my only complaint is that when I got it it smelled like someone had been smoking quite a bit in it. I ended up getting my own air freshener to put in it while I had it.

I have utilized this location a couple of times for business. It is hit or miss on the service, they tend not to look at my preferences of vehicle or seem to not care. I specifically do not like Hyundai cars because of poor craftsmanship. They gave me a Hyundai the last time I rented there. I returned the car but forgot my sunglasses in the console, I called and asked for them but the vehicle was in for an oil change and they would call me after the service was completed, nope, no sunglasses...I know they were in the car so someone just kept them at the location. Overall a poor experience from the service that was provided this last time. I will not be returning in the future to rent from this location.

I booked with Enterprise in Radford, VA through Expedia. I showed up with the two combos I had used with Expedia-booked reservations before--an out of state license and an ATM with Visa. I was told by the Radford Enterprise agent they could not accept that combo. I called up my Expedia reservation and pointed out that said nothing about my combo being an issue. The agent there kept repeating the policy--and saying to me that they had nothing to do with Expedia. I pointed out, obviously Expedia and Enterprise have some kind of contract or I would not have been given Enterprise as a choice. I then asked what I could do instead--that this could not possibly be the first that this had happened. They kept repeating the policy. I then commented--I am not asking for a policy change, just for assistance as in what could I do now instead? They kept repeating the policy. OKAY---so, if this happens to you--and now these less than trained folks at the Radford Enterprise will soon know via this review--HERE IS WHAT YOU DO. I called Expedia, they refunded me my money, and promptly booked me with my combo into AVIS at the Roanoke airport. The AVIS people there were wonderful--the took a deposit and ran a credit check--and that was all fine by me. Again, that is what you do--GO WITH AVIS instead...

Horrible people, especially the manager. My car broke down on my way to college so I decided to rent a car from enterprise to drive the rest of my way home, about 400 miles. They waited to tell me until 5 minutes before my reservation and my pick up driver that they cannot rent me a car because I paid with a debit card and not a credit card, and left it at that. This place is a joke. Stay away.

If I could give ZERO stars that would be the score.....I was on a trip and the car broke and I was told to call this store for help. Well the manager and staff was AWFUL and all they did was blow us off 4-5 hours so that the after hours people could do the job that this AWFUL store did not take the time to do.They did not even give advice to go someplace else....but by not helping they caused a truck from 150 mile away to bring a car (they were 3 miles away) and then tow the broken car all the way back.LAZY manager and staff
