This was by far my worst experience at a nail salon ever! The man who did my nails literally told me he made my nail crooked to make my finger look straight and they charged me $80 for a simple tip color. I originally wanted one blacka dot at the cuticle of each nail they told me that would make my price $90! The lady who painted my nails after putting on the top coat proceeded to start filing again so filed the color off the side of my nail! I would never recommend this business to anyone

I understand it’s a “nail salon” but is it supposed to smell like feet? I went in for a pedicure and didn’t receive a menu so I assumed they didn’t have a deluxe or premium pedicure. My service was extremely rushed and very basic. I paid $50 for a basic gel pedicure. After paying, I was loudly told “Next time, cash only”! Would NOT recommend.

The worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. Only went here, because the one I usually go to was closed and I needed something quick, because I was going on vacation the next day. It was only 3 employees there and it smelled awful. The woman who did my pedicure put the wrong color on my toes and literally just painted them and my manicure was trash. I left with fingernail polish all on my fingers. Literally 2 days later the polish on both my feet and hands were turning brown. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. 2/3 of the people that were there was rude for no reason and would get annoyed when another customer came in.

You have to watch this place. I asked for just polish and they sneaky added the shalack on my nails. And I think they over charged me. The nails werent so good. This is place to go only if you have no other place to go. They arent good on nail art. Just get a color. They also dont shape nails .

Worst nail place ever! The place smelled horrible (old Asian food) and customer service non-existent. I simply requested a gel polish; nothing more, nothing less. The lady began shaping my nails without asking shape preference, let alone permission. She completely messed the shape up and when I voiced my disapproval she filed more aggressively and they looked worse than before. So, I go to reshape my nails (length gone)! And now, for the coup de Gras. I go to pay and am told that they only take cash. Then the lady points to a jacked up ATM that looked suspect. Thoughts “That’s gonna be a hard no for me.” I asked where the “cash only” sign was and was told that all of their regular customers know and that I dont know because Im new. Um duh! Thats the reason for the question and second, consider me an old customer because Im never setting foot in this establishment ever! Hopefully, this place will explode as the name implies!

They took us in so quickly. I was getting a fill and a pedicure and my husband was getting a pedicure as well. I was nervous at first because there was only 3 people working and 5 people in the shop getting stuff done but as soon as we walked in the started our pedicures and when I was done, the lady who did my toes started my nails and when the gentleman finished the other persons nails, he took me in his chair. Had great conversation. Everyone was so kind and friendly and my nails look great. VERY happy

Went in for a manicure. WROTE MANICURE on the clipboard. The guy begins and asks if I wanted a fill in I said no, a manicure. I got moved to another female. Then got mad when I told her I wanted a manicure and “ why didn’t you say anything”. Left waiting forever while they worked on other people while working with me! RUDE. Paid for a gel removal and left, I’m so glad I didn’t get that manicure after all.

Great service and great prices. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Never going here again ! The guy that worked on my nails did not ask me how long I wanted them he just cut them to his length and took someone right after I got up to wash my hands. Another lady painted them and told me it was 45$ Just for a full set because they were “long” even though I didn’t get to pick the length

I have been gettin my nails done here for about a year. They always do an excellent job, and have stepped their game up lately. They have added new services. The prices are good, and I dont go any where else.

Did not like their customer service, the place is outdated and not as clean. New to the area and trying out shops. Wouldnt recommend this one.

I got a fill in and 2 broken nails fixed. They took very long and certain prices were not posted making it hard to understand what the final cost is. I feel like they can quote whatever price they want. Their sanitizing can be better. They also came off rude.

My wife and I got pedicures. Send us on our way with out her nails being dry. They only accept cash but have an atm in the building. Was no where near worth the $82 I spend👎👎. I wish I could give zero stars😡

Two stars because they did a good job on my nails, the man in there had an attitude the whole time, huffing and puffing, I wouldve left if I wasnt in the middle of being done, he got upset cause he started using the dark pink for my pink and white and I said I wanted the light pink, kept yanking my hand and shaking it, my freaking hands were so relaxed they fell when he let go, but he still kept telling me to relax my hand! Dude! I cant turn it into jelly! He got mad cause I didnt want clear on top of my nails, I never get it, usually people are happy to be done faster.... hes the only place Ive found that does pink and white in this area, so I guess I have to look in Louisville when I need a fill... oh and he doesnt do longer nails and I dont mean outrageously long, I mean maybe an inch long, like mine were when I came in but I soaked and got a new set, I always cut half off and start my new set, if I wouldnt have cut my nails he wouldnt have done them...I understand not wanting to do long but dont have an attitude when asked about it geez!

Horrible. Went there for many years always loved until they made up there own prices and charged me and my mother n law $85 for her fill in with gel and my full set gel. they have went down hill now i see Why no one works there anymore and why theyDont have any customers anymore.

This was my 2nd time going and the first time I loved it, they did amazing, the 2nd time not so much, kinda rude and definitely not worth $25 for pedicure nail polish is real thick n chunky they was rough my toes shouldnt be hurting after, and messy, they hardly do any designs. The place was filthy, by the sinks the walls looked like there was boogers all over and Im pretty sure there was mold growing. Will not be going back.

Awesome service, my friend and I go get out feet and nail done and have a great experience there each and every time we go. There is one nail technician we like he does a great job. I would give his name but that will cause us to have to wait longer to get service, no way ...lol.

I have been going there for over 10 years. Always had great service with Tune. But since his brother Mike has taken over its been going down fast. I have gotten the same thing for years, It was always 50.00. Then in the last couple of months it has went from 50.00 to 55.00 then 60.00 and today she charged me 65.00. I told Mike I have been paying 60.00 and he said well she said 65.00. She wouldnt even come out of the backroom to talk to me. So I threw the money on the counter and said I wouldnt be back! All this after he said he has had like 3 customers this week and didnt know why. Well Mike this is why. Your wife!! Ok rant over need to find a new place to go.

Gel polish turned brown in two days,. Uneven nails.. poor polishing (air bubbles )Very rough with me and my daughter. Over charged and there is no sign stating cash only

First time visiting. Place looks worn but they are very serious about sanitation. The owners/tech was very informative and nice. Let me know if he had to step away. The entire staff was a please and thank you. I never heard a tech owner say thanks for coming in and doing business with us, we hope to see you again. That was a wow factor for me! I had a soak off from a competitor in the area that messed my nails up. Then T&T did an overlay. So far so good. Ill update in about two weeks to share how my nails are doing. UPDATE: So almost one week later and my nails still look good. No lifting, no cracks, no peeling. Cuticles still look good. The shaving of the overlay still looks good. So far Im pleased! Will update next week. UPDATE, its been a month, no lifting, no chips, no breaks.... I just now need a fill (well I could have went last week) but still.. well worth visiting!

The worst service I have ever had.....the man was incredibly rude and acted like I was burdening him by giving him my hard earned money by coming there to have him do my nails. Highly over priced to top of the rudeness. I literally felt unwelcome and still had to pay 60$ to feel that way. Never will go there again. Oh and my nails are gorgeous but not worth the way he made me feel as a customer.

I used to go for seven years straight and loved the results and most of the staff. I went recently and found the salon in poor shape. One of the brothers left for whatever reason and the one that stayed has brought the quality down significantly. He was very rude, wouldnt engage in conversation no matter how much I tried. I had a full set put on and he didnt even cut my real nails down leaving a gap that has allowed them to start popping off. I was very disappointed in the salon I used to think so much of.

I love this place sometimes they slack a little but I’ve been going here for three years now and they’ve only let me down once but they make sure it’s perfect. They talk to you always ask you if you’d like anything else. Pedi cure is good water is sometime stop hot but I love how she does my eyebrows she hasn’t messed them up yet. I’ve tried other places but this place seems to have the lasting acrylics they last for one to two months (I don’t reccomend that long tho) everyone else rushes this here is worth the 20min wait.

Terrible business. The male nail tech was FaceTiming his child while doing my daughters nails and did not speak to her the whole time. Very rude staff. The female nail tech does the nails so thick it’s atrocious and she doesn’t speak to the customers either, she stares at the male tech the whole time. They really should improve on their customer service, I wish I did not have to give them one star. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I liked that they were friendly.From the moment i walked in they were there to see what I wanted and suggested the gel polish.It was worth the up charge of $15 and they did both my toes and hands which is a good deal.I also loved my pedicure which came with wine.I will be back in 2 weeks!

Very rude staff! The guy who works there raised his voice at me to just pick a color already!,even though i wasnt there very long and i needed to match the color to a dress. Not worth feeling uncomfortable imo. Go to Patriot nails, friendly staff,better pricing, more services come with their mani pedi, plus they did a much better job on my nails

I dont recommend going to t&t nails in Radcliff, they dont take there job seriously or show that they care about there customers. The woman was doing my nails and made me bleed and seen I was bleeding and kept going, they didnt do a good job painting them, shaping them and on top of all that rushed me and they werent dried all the way. They were on their phones talking on the phone when they were doing my nails and I thought it was VERY unprofessional. I will NEVER go back and I dont recommend anyone going there either. very BIG waste of money.

I’m updating my review because I’m not sure WHY Mike consistently has a very poor attitude toward customers-hmmmmm. I’m actually looking at the negative reviews from this salon and starting to see commonalities!!! I’ve given this salon benefit of the doubt over the years but why patronize businesses that don’t resurrect or appreciate your dollar?

I went in to get simple manicure and they butchered my fingers they cut more then cuticle off hell by the time she got to her poor skill nail painting it burned so bad i almost slapped the little B**** the nail polish was all over my hands when i left and even under them she did a horrible splotchy job i will never return to this poor establishment they actually believe they do good quality work go to the mail if u want something done right people stay away from here
