The place is small and old, but Ms. Kaylan was very nice and helpful. The shipping cost for my item was through the roof, but thats not the local staffs fault of course.
If I could give them a half star I would the employee was chewing gum like it was the last pack in the world. I went there to have mail weighed and she said it needed extra postage I had black history stamps on my mail she (employee) covered all of the black history stamps when I asked her about it she claim she do all mail with extra postage that way.So I tried her again I sent out mail that need extra postage but this time no black history stamp and she did not cover the stamp this time. I wonder why???!
Thank God! For UPS, they are always Friendly! Very Helpful! Staff. During the Pandemic, the post office that I usually go to was closed, and United Postal Service took care of a lot of Customers Packages with care, Thank you for all your help, and Services that you provide for me.
Mailman constantly puts the vacant paper in my mailbox after I dont check mail for 3 days and when I take it into the office the clerk at the front desk just argues with me for 5 mins about how I need to check my mail everyday and I need to pay attention.the worst customer service ever! This has gone on for the past 2 years. Ridiculous
Not a lot of help, needed my package taped up and the guy sent me back to tape it up even though it was right there beside us at the register. I had to re enter the line afterwards.
I be never had a major problem here. The workers are nice & very helpful. Standing in line at busy times is the only thing I don’t like, but then again that’s when I happen to be there. Can’t fault the post office or the workers for that.
Why dont they do passports like other Post Offices?
Worst post office . My mail is constantly “lost”. My neighbors get it sometimes. The post master is notthe brightest . They just want you to file a claim, forget the fact that your staff is scanning and delivering the wrong things !!!!
Always wondered service from a knowledgeable staff member. Even when extremely busy the staff maintain calm and order and are always nice
We have begun receiving our mail at very different times of the day for the last several weeks...anywhere between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. it used to be between 1 and 3:30 p.m., like clockwork for twenty years . There are days when we don’t get any mail at all. This used to be a rare occurrence, but not now. Is something wrong?
I did a change of address for a future date, they stopped my mail right after the request. Lost my check and an important piece of mail.
I went into this location to mail my car payment. There wasnt a single person in line and the clerk was LAYING ACROSS THE COUNTER doing nothing at all. I went to his station and he looked at me and said Did you not see the sign? I said yes I did. He said well at least you admit it. I very nicely said Im sorry, but you werent doing anything when I came in. He yelled at me and said YES I WAS, I WAS RESTING! I CAME TO WORK AT 5:30 THIS MORNING! I replied to him and said well it is my understanding that is your job to assist me so please get my stamp. I have never in my life received such nasty customer service at a post office and I have lived in 3 different states. First, he should never have been laying across the counter and second he should NEVER yell at a customer. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I have never been spoken to that way. He should not be allowed near customers.
Mail carrier has put a vacant slip in my mailbox three times in less then a year, the last couple weeks I havent received any of my mail and have been told by four separate companies;people that they mailed letters to me. Ive tried calling post office and its either busy or noone answers...SMH
They are great. I have to order a lot of special needs supplies, and the carriers are always pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate the service!
Worst post office Ive ever been to. The staff is rude unwilling to help you at the counter and they allow costumers to cut. You have to wait in line more than once just to get service. I would rather drive 20min to etown just so I dont have to deal with the rude staff.
I’d rather drive 25 minutes to the post office in etown then deal with the high school dropouts that work here.

There are two handicapped parking spaces but, if you are in a wheelchair, avoid this location as there is NO RAMP. So, it does not accommodate those who are in a wheelchair.I had 4 boxes that weighed 40+ lbs and the worker, Michael, was not willing to help me get them inside (i.e., loading dock) he seemed surprised that I didnt want to carry them in, by hand, one at a time. He offered a buggy to put them on but, again, no ramp at this location.1 worker, 6+ people in line. I waited patiently for nearly 25 minutes to find out Id be better served at another location.
Zero customer service. Somehow they cant even put mail in a p.o. box. My mail is getting returned to sender. And no help was offered.
They talk to you like youre two, or as if you have worked there before. Customer service is very very poor for inside. Love the drivers.

I ordered a package online & moved so I did my change adress form BEFORE it was getting delivered. Ups gave it to the post office & when I track it the package still says “forwarded” I called them & told them I can just pick it up myself since they are taking forever to bring it to my new adress (which is still in Radcliff) but apparently ups has to pick it back up first? Worst post office. I feel like I’m never going to get my package
I am new to the Radcliff area and already have experienced numerous “missing” packages! They read “delivered” but end up missing when transferred to the local post office. I had to start an investigation before they found my package, WHICH WAS OPEN ON ONE END. (I suppose to view the contents of the package). We have had cards sent from family members to my children that have gone missing, as well as opened mailed being delievered! Now having to send insured packages will be costly, but worth it at this sorry post office!DO NOT SEND MONEY, MONEY ORDERS, CASH, GIFT CARDS ANY MONEY RELATED ITEM THROUGH UNINSURED MAIL! IT WILL GO MISSING AT THIS POST OFFICE!KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PACKAGES AND CALL THE ORIGINAL SENDER! AT TIMES THEY WILL ALSO FOLLOW UP WITH THE POST OFFICE!
Lost my stuff and had me waiting a whole hr
All I can say is WOW, i went in to mail off an item I purchased online and I bought the bubble envelope and I had my shipping label printed. I was called up by the USPS clerk and he said do you have tape for your label and I said may I have a piece of tape and he said no so I asked if he had one of those windows you slide your shipping label in and he said only international shipments so needless to say I walked out without being able to ship my package. They lost a 20.00 sale for shipping my package and envelope. I will use UPS going forward. And customers stopped me outside and said that this is the worst post office around and they do,NOTHING to help their customers. I am in shock by how rude he was and how a 1 cent piece of tape lost him a customer for life and I ship 100s of dollars around the holidays. Pitiful service.
No Stars. Walk in with a fishing pole and the box. Male postal employee start telling me from behind the counter I can not mail that, its to long. When I get to counter I explain this box has been used 8 times in mailing and recieving from various parts of the United States by the United States Postal Service.Well I should have just left then. You might as well say from behind the counter when a person walks in that you do not want to work. Once the now 2 postal employees begrudgingly do the measurements and weighing - they realize it can be mailed. However I am qouted a price 600% higher than any other time for a destination that has been repeated before. Who is on first base? I guess the stickers showing postal charges and class were ficticious or not to be thought of as a clue on how to deliver a service. I was told with the same authority that said I can not mail it that this is the price. Give me a break. I am a grown profesional and I am sorry you are angry at the world and I will pray for you. I choose to go back to E-town and use my familiar postal service TEAM that delivers basic normal customer service with out me feeling offended. They should use the survelience cameras to document the employees behavior to use for engaging training.
I wouldnt even give this office a one star because I dont get all my mail but I get everyone elses that has lived at my address in the past all my bills are in collection because I dont receive mail or it comes supper late another thing that bothers me is when I try to send mail back that doesnt belong to me it gets stuffed in the back of the box so when my mail does get delivered its crammed in the box all messed up. I called and they picked up the phone but I was told they dont open till 8am they couldnt and wouldnt hear me out great job they are doing I must say
Dingy and dirty lobby. Counter clerks with unhelpful, smug attitudes. Honestly, there was quite a line of customers but 2 clerks would have been enough if they had put some effort into their work. I really think that Federal jobs have a lot of advantages compared with the work most people do and the environment they have to work in, so I think Fed. workers, especially since they are government workers, should be more hospitable to customers. The first clerk did not know how to help me. She just looked at me blankly, as if I should just walk out the door unserved. So I turned to the second clerk, who not only told me he couldnt help me, but was very snappy and dismissive about it. I felt offended. It was as if he wanted to impress on me that I had wasted their time and should never have dropped by! It was shocking and embarrassing really. The other customers in line looked like they were fearful of being treated the same. I wanted to leave, but I stopped myself. Instead, I asked to see the supervisor. The male clerk...clerk2...clerk 1was a female...undeterred, said rudely that he was a supervisor and started telling me how many years he had worked for the USPS. I interrupted him by saying I wasnt interested in hearing his resume. I wanted to see HIS supervisor. I had to wait about 10 minutes. The supervisor came out and was polite, answered my questions and explained enough to where I could understand what my options were. I thanked him and said I wished the clerks had been courteous beforehand. He apologized and the 2nd clerk said he had tried to tell me. But the supervisor told him to be a better listener in future, so that was good. The sup. is the reason the place gets 2 stars instead of 1.
I mailed rent off 8 hundred in money order and. 300 hundred in cash the man behind the desk just threw it under the desk into the bin I assume I fidnt like it because I felt like it didnt go in the bin and off to the next Customer I didnt say anything caused didnt want to alarm them money was possibly in the envelope off to work I went and I couldnt shake it off what happen and was very worried this was a sat mail was going to hodgenville so I just knew it would be there Monday called landlord that Monday he didnt receive so I have it till next still havent received by Wednesday was worried he said give it till Friday I felt like why so long when it was only 25 mins away should have been that Monday why a whole week however that week went bye finally went to the post office following monday told the man what happen about my envelope been thrown under the desk a d was concerned maybe it still could have been under there wedge in the corner or something asked him to look he got offended told me no he wasnt looking cause he know it wasnt a d I was like how do you know just look he refused and was standing right there it wouldnt hurt for him to look I was thinking to myself anyways he got angry with me as if I was waisting his time and told me if it was missing they have a cleaning crew who comes in nightly so I walked out not knowing who to call or report to called my landlord we have it another week no show up so 2 weeks finally I contacted money gram happly to find out those where not cashed in and was able to receive my money orders back cause they where signed which was a month later but the 300 I lost. From this day I dont know where my money is?I truly believe it was stolen from there I. Also learned never mail MONEY!

I went into the post office 2 days ago trying to straighten out a mess.The counter person was of no help.Ask to speak to the post master after waiting 10 minutes, I asked if she could call me.Sure left my name and number no word as of yet.Just now tried to called not in supposedly took my name and number again. Someone needs to fire these people totally unprofessional and you cant talk to anyone about a problem.Ive never seen anything like the Radcliff post office!
They lady who delivers and picks up the mail for Maple Hills, does not do a good job! My mail has been sitting in the mailbox for two damn weeks! I noticed that no one lifts up their flags, yet my mail box does not have one, I close the mailbox with the mail sticking out to where she can see where they need to be delivered too, she stuffs it back in! And doesnt take it! This isnt the first time my mail has been sitting there for two weeks! If I dont do what I said above, I leave the mailbox half way open to where she can easily see inside and the mail is always sitting up and at an angle to where she can see she needs to take it! Yet when I do that she never does! Fix this!!!! This is rediculous! Im tired of having late fees on my car payment! That is an extra 100 dollars out of my pocket! Which I have to send in a separate check, and put it in the mail with the the others that she hasnt taken! This is rediculous! So much for doing your jobs! Lazy asses!
I went to this location to mail off a package, there was approx 5 customers in line and 2 were being waited on, when it was my time to go up the man at the counter said Next and I handed him my package and he looked at it and said are you sure that is all that is in there and I looked at him and said well yes. as I was taken back by his remarks he then says you know it might be checked and I said ok and nodded my head and he said well I havent checked one in a few days, I felt like he treated me like I was a criminal or something it was very disrespectful, and he weighs it in and apparently I had shoved some extra packing material because it was over the limit, I took my package back and said I will have to fix it! No help what so ever and he was very rude. I have never had this happen to me ever and I hardly use this post office but I was around that location and thought it would be ok to use this one, I will never return as long as that man is working in this location!
You really might want to rethink your automated system when your customers call in. I get it none of you want tot physically talk to anyone and if that is the case then you are in the wrong line of work.
The delivery of other peoples packages keeps happening.
Carrier left package on porch in the rain, called post office and the manager called me a liar. They never ring the bell or knock. This happens all the time.

From clerks, to mail carriers, management and window staff we truely care you walk away satisfied. But, we have rules and regulations to follow also. We will make Radcliff community proud of their local post office. Call the office if you are disappointed and 8 out of 10 times we can fix the problem but not as fast as you would like, give us a chance to explain the rules and regulations and join the team #radcliff postalproud😀
Several times over the past two years, I have had to go to the city office because my mail had not been delivered. I would go weeks without receiving anything. I have missed college deadlines and my childrens birthdays because of these oversights. The claim was that I had moved... no, I had been living in my apartment for over a year at the time. This also happened this week. No mail has been delivered and I am expecting text books for my college courses.This office is unrealiable.
Absolutely terrible experience with this branch. I was the recipient of a flat rate package, which they claimed was improperly packed. When asked to cite the regulatory code that was violated, they beat around the bush and showed me some internal email that said it was unacceptable. When I showed them the sections from the Domestic Mail Manual (their own governing document) and pointed out that their policy was in direct violation of the DMM, they stonewalled me and told me I owed them ~$27 shipping fees. Even the postmaster was useless, and they refused to comment on the sections of the DMM that they were outright violating. I refused the package and was told it would be sent back within 3 days (so the vendor could re-ship through a different post office). It took them 9 days to send it back. The vendor sent me new product, wrapped identically, through E-town PO and I received my package without issue. The incompetence at this branch is staggering. I was able to look at the package and as far as I could tell, it 100% complies with the Flat Rate Package requirements set forth in the DMM. They just chose to blatantly disregard USPS code.

Total and complete incompetence all around. Our postman on our route is horrible. Doesnt deliver, doesnt take mail when the mailbox flag is clearly up.Post office itself is not any better. Had to go in to get delivery straightened out, took two times going in and 3 phone calls.
Male at the counter was friendly and helpful; however, the female was extraordinarily rude, from pushing past us in the lobby, with no Excuse me, to yelling loudly for us to Get behind the red line, this person seriously needs to learn some manners!
