Told me I had to take a two day rental even though they have a after hour drop box. Just wanted extra day out of me.Didn’t get the car class I reserved (Ford Edge or similar)The car had a strong pull to the side.Car was not clean and was in pretty rough shape, compared to the 3 other rentals I’ve rented from other enterprise locations.

Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond what they had to do to straighten things out with my insurance. Isaac and CJ made my whole experience better. There was a closer location but I chose this one because they are friendly and fast. They checked the car out after I had it for a month before I went on a trip. I picked up the car in Michigan and returned it here no problem. They are really amazing. Would highly recommend.

They told me I had young person deductible of $200. Cool I get it back once I turned in the vehicle. Paid for the extra time which came off my card I’m sitting waiting for my $200 back and get told I can’t get it back because I kept it longer which it was paid for off my card. No one informed or let me know “hey your deductible isn’t coming back because you kept a day or two later than what it was supposed too.” I’d stick with the Elizabethtown one and not these people. That’s twice they done that. Never again 👎🏾

I have rented trucks at this location numerous times. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly to assist me in my rental, whether it is picking it up or returning. Some of the staff may change over a period of time, but the user friendly atmosphere they project is always welcomed. A great team to deal with! Kevin.

Customer service was very good but he had to apply a $50 charge for one-way rental to a $63 small car rental, which is too high, even for a last minute rental.Did not rent the car with them; still will be a client in the future.

Rented a car from enterprise that spanned 5 different vehicles during the rental period. Cars I rented were smoked in and the smell of the interior of the cars was overpowering with smoke smell. 2 of the rentals required oil changes. Was left for days with these vehicles that were smoked in without them being replaced despite repeated requests to switch them out. Called locations repeatedly and received little to no communication from the rental location. Stood outside in 90 degree heat over 30 minutes waiting for a vehicle to be “cleaned”.

Horrible customer service! My vehicle was dirty as hell ! Put a 200 dollar deposit down and got 90$ dollars back. I was told over the phone extending one additional day would be 5$. They lied. When I addressed this issue nothing was done.

Very friendly and very fast. Got in and out in less than 10 minutes and they were very courteous. Even got to choose which vehicle I wanted in my reservation class. Doesnt get much better than that. Definitely coming back to this location

I rented a car for Labor Day weekend with a drop-off on Tuesday. The car was returned on Tuesday, however I was charged as returning it Thursday. Didnt receive a call or anything. I tried to call all weekend and never got through. I would not rent from here. I would go to another location. They seem like they have no idea what they are doing.

The customer services at my pick-up point was phenomenal. He was very kind, understanding and helpful. However, during my travel to my location, the AEB (Automatic Emergency Breaks) was malfunctioning and a warning light came on. I pulled over to a gas Station and called Enterprise customer service and the nice young lady advised me to take it to the nearest airport and request trade out. I was 25 miles outside of the St. Louis airport so I turned around and went to the airport. Upon arriving to the enterprise I saw a sign stating to go to the National and Alamo gate for assistant. Upon arriving there, I told the young guy why I was there. He began to tell me that it happens all the time in some Nissan Sentras and that some people keep driving it. As if he was trying to convince me to continue to my destination (Topeka, KS) with that car. I told the young man that may be true but I will not continue on the journey in the car. T then he tells me that the only trade vehicle he had was a Minivan. I told the young guy that I prefer to be placed in to a nother small vehicle. But he insisted that it was the only vehicle that he had. Due to it being late already, I was tired and I still had about four and a half hours to go, I was transferred from a Nissan Sentra into a Dodge Minivan. That did not see well with me at all. I felt like he could have been a little bit more considerate of the face that I was a female Anand traveling alone. I felt he could have tried to help me too get into a smaller vehicle like I started out on. On my way back from Kansas, I had to stop and place air in the tires off the minivan after the low tire warning light came on. Enterprise is a very good company and had always been good to me. I always use them when I travel and I am a plus member. .This trip here ended up being an issue and unpleasant trip for me.

My rental was dirty in the inside both times, I had to get my husband to properly clean and sanitize it in order for our family to travel in it. I will no longer be renting from them ever again.

Frankly, I truly dislike being talked AT. When I arrived and as I went to discuss options and was not only interrupted but felt like the gentleman Ben wasnt even going to listen. He needs to learn how to talk TO people, listen to them, and at least make an attempt to try and help. He was rude, unwilling to help, and I felt dismissed. Thankfully that Rich was there. Rich is the true asset to this facility.

I was very satisfied with the fast friendly service from enterprise rent a car on Dixie in Radcliff ky. I went online put info in and next day my car was ready and I was on my way within 10 min. I’ll be renting from them again soon.

I have always had a great experience with Enterprise since I was in my late teens and for me the experience has always been great nothing has changed much at all in the quality of service. The customer service teem has always been superb. They have always given me great deal and this rental experience I say would top them all. I wish I could remember name however they were all so attentive and patient it just made my dilemma a little more bearable until I could get my situation back on track.What I appreciate about Enterprise is there is NO hidden charges like the other companies, everything is up front.Oh by the way the other car service dont have a leg to stand on with Enterprise.Thank you all for being so courteous and attentive to me and the needs of your customers.Loyal customer for life!!

They did a great job

I’ve been to this business several times and rented many vehicles from them. Today I went to pick up my car and the black gentleman that assisted me was EXTREMELY rude. The way he talked to me was unacceptable, he refused to be helpful and barely talked to me. No one deserves that treatment. Someone with his attitude should not be working in a customer service environment. I’m disappointed that I’ll now have to go somewhere else to rent vehicles.

I love the staff at this location! They are always very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Even when I reserve a car only the evening prior I was never turned away or told no car was available.I rent regularly and the personalized service makes your day when you are greeted by name. Whenever there is a minor thing (not properly cleaned interior or streaked glass) the entire team strives to correct it right away. Great team, would not go anywhere else!

Enterprise in Radcliff has always been extremely helpful whenever we have needed a rental. The staff is friendly and efficient, and always ready to get you the best deal for your money. When we had a major car accident 3 years ago the staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and felt safe. Today they were just as kind, making our military move that much easier. We will always be enterprise customers.

This place never has rentals available. Ive called numerous occasions and even made a reservation. I reserved a car for a out of town trip 4 days in advance, went to pick it up and they had zero rentals avaliable! Thankfully Budget rent a car was right across the street or my trip that was paid for would have been a bust!

The Car was ready, however the gas light was on!! He stated due to COVID they cant do it.

These guys are always on point! Courteous fast efficient and mindful of my time. The management in the team there are always on their game and doing things right! I rent from these guys at least two or three times per month and have not had a bad experience.

Weve been renting from then for about a month because of a car wreck, and they have been SO helpful. The manager Richard is very kind and helpful and another employee CJ has been very nice and helpful as well. We really appreciate their help in working with us as we finish up our insurance claim and find a new car. ✌

I have had a good experience with the Enterprise in Radcliff, KY every time! They are courteous and efficient.I do wish; however, that the Enterprise company itself would have more choices of cars. I have requested convertibles on several occasions and the reps say they do not carry them.It wouldnt hurt for you to start.

They worked well with my insurance to arrange my rental. only had one vehicle available...a mini van but called me that sane day to upgrade to a Nissan Maxima! Would have helped if they had asked my insurance carrier if I was covered instead of asking me if I wanted to buy theirs Office manager was great!

I have rented from the Ft. Knox location a couple times and have always dealt with Erian. Shes always made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend. Avoid the Radcliff location if you can. Its always hectic and the staff is not very customer-friendly.

We loved our experience. We asked for an economy sized vehicle after our truck was in an accident. They upgraded us to a Nisson Frontier. When one tires pressure on that went low, they took care of everything and gave us a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive instead. They were very flexible, incredibly courteous, friendly, and affordable. If were ever at Fort Knox again for military training, well be sure to rent a car from here!!

I recently rented from Enterprise for a week when my automobile wasnt operational, I had errands, and I just wanted to visit my brother three hundred miles away. When I vacationed on Oahu this past summer I toured the island on my schedule. I am a Jeep owner and when I was considering upgrading my personal vehicle to a newer and different Jeep line I first rented one from Enterprise for a week and did a road trip to Washington, DC. It costs me less to rent from Enterprise for a day than I would pay to hire a taxi to and from an appointment locally. I get prompt attention, excellent service, quality vehicles, and affordable rates from friendly people. Whats not to be happy about? Kudos to Cleanne and the entire crew.

Quick prompt service. Had reservation for a van and everything went smoothly. Love this place.

Thr first car we got had expired tags. Called to tell them, they told us to drive it with the tags expired! They FINALLY came to switch it out after countless calls to them. Then we noticed for the hour we had the car with expired tags, we were charged $32 for it. When the car was returned, they assured us it would be refunded. It has been 2 weeks today since we returned the car, still no refund. Called again, assured us it would be refunded in a few days. Absolutely ridiculous!

Was Nice an great customer service. Until I found out the stolen money from a card I did not authorized. I used one card that declined so I used anther. Later on I find out they have removed money from of both cards. In my opinion they are thieves.

I had a pick up scheduled at 4 PM. I called at 3:30 to confirm my pick up. I was told the driver was on the way. He didnt show up until 4:30. The drive from the pick up point to the rental office took less than 20 minutes.The rental process at the office was smooth and the car was in good shape.

Wow, stood there today for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone about renting a vehicle for weekend trips to Chicago only to stand there and see employees sitting behind the partition and the 1 employee behind the desk talking in the phone the entire time and then walking out t move vehicles without even saying a word to us customers standing there waiting that came in. Worse management I have ever seen. Will instead just drive my own vehicle than risk dealing with this madhouse .

If I get a rental car I get it from here. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of cars to choose from.

The Enterprise Team in Radcliff are wonderful! Associates were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Both on pick up and return they were able to come to my house. The car was great and very clean! Enterpirse rental prices are excellent too. Will definitely use them again.

They let me pick up the rental earlier than the time I reserved for. Which was great! Left something in the glove box and got a call that they had retrieved it within 24 hours even though the car had been rented out! Thank you for great customer service Radcliff team!

They made the entire process super easy, and they went above and beyond on being friendly. Im not sure why I didnt recieve a credit for the full amount of the deposit. But, other than that, a great experience.

Damaged occurred to the vehicle I rented AFTER I had dropped it off. Once I was told about it I came to view the damage myself and took several pictures. The manager of this particular Enterprise site said that it was material failure but someone has to pay for it. If this wasnt bad enough, their claims adjuster took pictures of the exact same car a few days later and actual physical damage had occurred. The damage that was pointed at me was a clip that keep the bumper in line. The additional physical damage was the bumper actually being cut! I am not saying Enterprise as a whole is bad because I am renting from the Fort Knox location for a trip next month, but this particular location has some shady type personal working there. If you rent from there annotate every piece of damage. Dont let them tell you the same old story of if its a quarter size you wont be charged!

Got great service! Had made my reservation on-line and had a lower quote, which the agency honored. The first day of my trip, I got a call from a Radcliff Representative to see if everything was OK so far. Rented a car on 2 different occasions from the Louisville Airport hub and didnt get a call from anyone. Loved the fact that the Radcliff Branch is so personal!!

My mom is sick I wanted to see her before she passes away. I am disabled and retired. I live with my son so he pays the utilies . I have never owned a MAJOR CREDIT CARD So they would not rent to me .Although I have plenty of money in the bank to rent the car. I think this is prejudice angainst older or disable people who have different living conditions. I have rented from them in the past I will never rent or recomend them to anyonw ever again.

If you plan to leave your car and exchange forget it, you cant leave your car they make you go through the trouble of getting your car off their lot. Its not like you arent returning...just get off the lot.

We delt with a man named CJ who was filling in at this branch for the day. He was awesome. Very helpful, kind, and courteous. Would recommend anyone needing a rental to check this place out or even the enterprise in Town where CJ is originally from!!

Had an appointment to pick up my rental at 12 on Saturday. Well they close at 12 and locked the doors, seen me outside and still did not open them. Why would I have an appointment when they close. Won’t be using enterprise!!

The representative that waited on me seemed angry the entire time. In fact, Iasked him if he was angry or just having a bad day. He replied that he was just being thorough. Wanted to rent it for longer than a day but wouldnt (couldnt) make me a deal. Have rented alot in the past but cant afford it anymore.

Reserved a car, picked it up, returned it . Immediately after I remembered I left my favorite CD in the player. Called back - The car has been sent out to have the oil changed. Where? Ill just run by there. I dont know. I arrived anyway. Now Im told - it has all ready been rented. I was very upset that I was given the run around about something that belongs to me. I called the 1-800 number. Someone got back with me and I did eventually get my CD back. Morrow of the story. I wont ever rent from this location.

I would give no stars if I could. Didnt work with the insurance company of a truck driver that hit me. Starting charging me outrageous fees and didnt say anything to me about it till 2 weeks later. On top of that I assumed the insurance company was still paying for my rental but apparently had an agreement with enterprise for a total of 3 days. Needless to say I was charged 800 without my authorization for the fault of enterprise. Tried calling corporate office numerous times with no help.
