Had some keys fall off my keyboard. Brought it in to be fixed. They called me saying it was ready, but they fell for the same trap I did! My spacebar was back in place, but the C key clicks in but once you tap on it a few times, it comes out. It was explained to me that the case is probably that the plastic piece was stripped. He could not find a single key for sale so rather than replace the whole keyboard he glued the piece in place so that it acts as if it secured but it is really just glued to the rubber portion! Works like a charm and looks brand new! Highly recommend.

This business was supposed to repair my daughters cracked screen on her phone. They took 5 days to repair it just to get it back to her in worse shape than it was originally in. He gave us the run around about picking the phone up. When we finally could pick it up the whole back glass side of the phone was broken and bowed. It was NOT in that condition when we dropped it off with them. We were charged $150🤷🏼‍♀️

I called today because my laptop wasnt working properly. It wouldnt turn off and my screen was black. He told me I could come in and he would take a look at it and see what was wrong with it. Cracked iPhone XR screen. Was in a dire emergency. Shop was closed but the man (forgot his name I’m sorry) was amazing and still fixed my phone and educated me on what the diagnostics he ran meant also. Will definitely recommend to any one needed to fix their iPhone.

At first I rated Joe a 4 star, that was just based on his service and professionalism with me dropping off my computer. 2 days later, I had a computer that ran over double the speed that it had run before, he was able to save the majority of the things on my old hard drive, and he gave me some very helpful pointers for further use. I took my laptop to 911 express tech, which was a great experience we discussed pricing and estimates upfront. I had all the information I need before making a decision upon getting the required job done on my laptop. The customer service was great as therequired job continued I got updates from services techs to let me know what status the repair job was and what was done and not completed. I must also say I got a few extras within the deal which was nice. They worked out all the bugs on my laptop in time for the start of the semester and improve the speed of the laptop by adding more GBs. Im not a computer geek I just need it for classwork! I also got a monitor out of the deal for 50$ which was a great help because not I can do classwork faster without printing thousand of pieces of paper. I write a document on one screen and use the other for information to use on the paper. I was satisfied, when you get your items back there is a remote access you have for a limited time in case you have tech issues. They will remote in and fix or help with your issue which I thought was great to have your own tech support for a few weeks. I would use them again he gave my laptop a few more years of life until I figure out if I want a new one.

When we went to pick it up, Felix spent more than an hour transferring our old files and setting up our e-mail account and transferring the old Outlook Express mail account to Windows Live Mail. The inside screen of my laptop was cracked and bought it in Monday,so they can look at it. once they looked at Once, they told me the part could be replaced and would in 3 days max. Great and speedy service! I had to fix an issue with my computer after I’d accidentally caused an issue trying to solve another issue. Tried to RMA the computer for maintenance through Asus but it would’ve meant shipping my laptop back and being without it for a month and not getting an estimate right away. Geek Squad would’ve charged me a hundred just to look at it. Looked through both Google and Yelp and saw that 911 Express Tech was at the top of the list. I had a broken off headphone plug stuck in my iPad first generation. I came in on Christmas Eve and Joe soldered it right out. It took him less than an hour, and I only paid $20.
