I cant speak highly enough of Jana at this office. I made a post in a FB group about needing insurance. She responded almost immediately and i had a good quote within just a few minutes. She was extremely helpful in explaining the process and didnt push extra stuff. She even called me first thing in the morning on the day i needed the insurance and was covered within 5 minutes

The website is not user friendly. They screwed up my policy and seemed like they didnt understand what I needed.

Jana Givens is amazing! she was beyond patient with me! I got quotes from multiple agencies and she was the only one that didnt try and sell sell sell. She heard what I was saying loud and clear about my budget and figured out what worked for me. She not only broke down the quote but broke down MULTIPLE for me to get my policy down to a price I could afford and still have fantastic coverage! State Farm was the cheapest quote I got but if they werent I was still going to switch because the amazing customer service Jana gave today! I have been coming to this branch for several years for multiple different cars and motorcycles. Christine has always helped us out and has been friendly and efficient with getting us the best rate and letting us know about other services and discounts that were available to our particular situation.

I’ve been State Farm for about a year now and had some doubts about me changing company’s until a lady by the name of Christine started working with me on my insurance needs and she continues to surprise me I would most definitely recommend this location to everyone I know thank you guys for all your pride and knowledge when it comes to your customers

I have been buying my car insurance here for years. Only had one issue, main office tried to drop me when my dependent kid had an issue with her Indiana license. But the agent worked tirelessly with me until it was resolved and that is the Only reason I didnt switch to another company.

Constant price increases found much lower insurance elsewhere .always justifying price hikes with everyone else is going to be doing it soon.
