Very pleasant people to work with. They fixed my nailer quickly and at a reasonable price.

I came in one day to ask for help with my nail gun and they were able to fix it. I also liked how nice and down to earth they were. funny. I liked that they also had other tools to offer at a great price, where they fixed them. Im very interested in going back.

If it is a tool or part you need fixed, they can fix it. If you need guidance working with a power tool, they can help. They have a great team. My Dad always said, if you have great service and fair price, customers will be at you door for the help!

UCI came up on a Google search for Black and Decker service centers. A clamp support on my lawn mower had snapped and Id gotten the new part but had no idea how to put it on. Even though they didnt normally service lawn mowers, when they found out I was only 6 blocks away they send a man to my house to install the part. It took only a few minutes and when I asked what I owed him he said, Undying gratitude! and drove away. Best service ever!

Needed a Hayward pool pump motor serviced (centrifugal switch stuck open). Dean at UCI Sales Service Department had me up & running in a day. Fantastic service & very reasonable charges.
