Great job! Today I had my B clean with Jackie and Steasy, my A clean was 2 weeks ago with Sabrena and Selena. I can’t say enough what a great job they all did. So quick and efficient. Very pleased with the results!!!

This team, Katie, Brie and Dawn really wowed us with what they did. A wonderful job on the floors, did a great job on the carpets. The bathrooms looked awesome, they need to follow their tasks listed for the day on their paperwork. For instance -window sills, knick knacks and other items downstairs in the basement were not wiped and dusted properly. Other areas that they said they had dusted and wiped they didnt like pantry french doors. They need to pay more attention to detail, they need to be better with being on time. Overall this team was a better experience .We just had those minor details and we would have them up at five stars. Also our dog did love them and bless them for being patient with our pug and working along side myself when working from home. Thanks to the teams and be mindful of the feedback. Ps: really like how they use the hospital grade disinfectant when needed.

Our first deep cleaning was today. Our cleaning crew, Krista and Bailey, were fantastic! I hope we can have them for our future cleanings. They arrived on time, were very friendly and worked very hard the whole time they were here. Our house hasnt looked this great in a long time! Three people showed up and worked hard for about one hour. Asked for a focus on the wood blinds and they cleaned those and our main floor well. Like the ability to focus them on areas of need and add rooms as needed.

Needless to say I was not very happy when my scheduled cleaning was cancelled on the day they were to come, but the wait was well worth it. Janet and Mariah were my cleaners and they did a terrific job. This was the best cleaning since my initial cleaning. I hope they return permanently!

Theres nothing better than coming home to a clean house; it is definitely worth it. Overall, the cleaning was great. We are new so I think there is some room for error as they get to know our house, maybe forgot on baseboard or one window ledge. I am still very happy and thankful we decided to go with this cleaning service.

Krista, Shay and Steasy did our deep clean A. The kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaner than I have ever seen them! We have a 70 year old shower door with stains I thought would never come out. We were going to replace it. No need, they got it sparkling clean!! Krista, Shay and Bailey did a fabulous job on our deep clean (B Clean). The floors are sparkling, and there is not a speck of dust anywhere. They were professional, on time, and worked efficiently to make the whole house look fabulous. They are also super friendly - my dog loves when they come!

They did not do a good job, missed dust on light fixtures, never did the ceiling fans. Was told I have to provide a step stool if I wanted the top of the refrigerator cleaned. Missed clearly visible dripping soap, and supposedly a supervisor check when they are done. Would not recommend them at all

Steasy & Irene were great! Lots of things got cleaned that the previous cleaning service had not touched....

On our initial deep cleaning we found several areas not dusted and our floor in our lower rec room still full of cob webs and small debris - When we complained where we told by a Regional ManagerA lot of the dusting is more focused on your second cleaning, but I can definitely send a manager back today to fix these areas for you! As for your basement, the team described to me that the basement flooring was concrete. Our equipment isnt the best with concrete surfaces, which would maybe explain why there could still be debris on the floor. I apologize that it wasnt mentioned on your original estimate.I cleaned our lower level with a normal vacuum with a hose attachment seems like a pretty standard piece of equipment.If you want to clean after they leave and pay for it Cleaning Authority Kenosha is your place. What cleaning service doesnt vacuum and dust every area every time?

Thank you! Only positive things to say about the staff!My only side comment is that the rates go up every year, and sometimes twice in one year it seems. That’s getting old! If there is anything that might make me look elsewhere it’s that... if it continues.Otherwise highly satisfied!

The women that came today were very good but I really would like Amari and Stephanie back. They had a more attention to detail. i.e. bathroom floors werent clean as well. Had to remind the older one regarding some things on deep cleaning side that she had missed or didnt get cleaned as well as what I am used to.

Today, Stephanie helped me by vacuuming under furniture (after I moved it), as well as following instructions for vacuuming area rugs and placing them in an area to be washed. She is always willing to help and is very attentive to detail (i.e. putting knick knacks back in there original place).

I had my first cleaning and it was fantastic. Alex, Jolie and Michelle did such a great job. Cherry, the manager, did a walk through with me to ensure satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier. My house is clean and I didn’t have to give up a Saturday 😁. Would 100% recommend Cleaning Authority to everyone.

Hiring The Cleaning Authority was one of the best decisions weve ever made. Admittedly, we were a bit apprehensive at first with the cost. All apprehension quickly evaporated after our first clean.
