Called for a tow and had an incredibly fantastic & friendly driver come (very quickly). Before the tow he suggested trying a jump using his super duty jump pack. It worked! He saved us time and money while being kind & professional. I will call only them from now on.

Had an item in the back of my car and he must been going too fast because items were thrown all over in the back dont appreciate that and it took 3 hours for them to come and pick up my car and tell it to gargles because of engine problems the price is reasonable

We were stranded out in Racine Wisconsin due to an incident of JUST a flat tire & not knowing where I was. Just knew it was Hwy 94 S. and ended up with a busted tyrod amongst other things Do to an employee from Don’s Towing. We were then stranded in a hotel for two nights missing my Mother-in-laws funeral do to the distance we still needed to travel it was not possible for anybody to come and get us from The Hotel we were at. Heart breaking beyond words!! A VERY wonderful gentleman Brian Wolfe FROM this Company “Floyd’s Towing” came to our assistance on that Monday to pick up my car from (Firestone) tires to where it was towed & (Gentleman from there had to relay the bad news). Brian Wolfe then towed it to Bouche automotive for repairs Brian was very professional and explained everything from hooking the car up and why he did it the way he did. He was very knowledgeable and was also in tune with my well being & emotions. Brian Wolfe made me feel very comfortable and I then knowing my vehicle was in great hands made this experience a little brighter. I will most definitely recommend this company to anybody I encounter who needs assistance. Thank you Brian Wolfe.

Pretty average price for a tow, but we always choose them because of the great employees. Maybe were just lucky, but anytime weve needed a tow, we always wind up with super nice, helpful drivers! Definitely recommend!

I was in a motorcycle wreck and my bike was taken away by Floyds. They were very polite and helped me get my property back quickly. I hope Ill never need their service again but if I need a tow service, Ill be sure to use then and recommend them to anyone.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Damaged my car that the city had unlawfully towed. Gave me the runaround till I finally gave up. Unless you have time for small claims court, I would suggest go with a different company (if you even have a choice). And yes, I fully understand as a business owner myself things happen with employees. The integrity of a business is the customer service after the fact should issues arise.

We have used floyds for over 30 years. The drivers are trained well and never drop cars without asking us ware we want them. They are willing to take the extra time to back them into out shop if we need. the trucks are the cleanest in town. this is by fare the most professional towing operation around. two thumbs up and five stars all the way

I had the worst experience with this tow company ever my car was hit by a drunk driver last Saturday by the time they even told me my car was totaled it was being put on their flatbed truck I asked the tow truck driver if I was going to be charge the fees he told me no well that ended up being a lie I had to pay $310 to get my car out of Floyd’s yard when I went to pay I use 200 in cash and 100 on my credit card my total was 325 the man Brian who was rude had no customer service and seem like a complete jerk charged $150 to my card I’m a single mom and the truth is I really think he did it on purpose because I counted the money and then he counted the money they’re Price rates are asinine I will never use them and I will tell anybody that I know to never use them honestly I hope the city of Racine opens up other contracts for a tow companies because this one is scamming people left and right every person I told my story to said “oh yeah never use Floyd’s they’re super expensive” I heard that from about five people if I could give a A negative star rating I would

Calling Floyds was a fantastic experience. Joe the driver was nothing but professional and implemented some out of the box thinking to get my classic street rod on the flatbed. Part of the front suspension broke and the car was sitting very low in the front. Joe was able to take care of the situation without a scratch. My truck broke down on I-94 just north of Racine on a Monday evening as I was heading home to the Chicago area. I wasnt exactly sure of my location, but the dispatcher helped me figure it out and the tow truck arrived as promised. They helped me figure out a repair place to have the truck towed, and helped me with directions for my wife who was on her way to pick me up. Overall, a good experience.
