Very professional. My truck broke down 4hours from where Im from and these guys were very understanding about me needing it looked at the soonest the could get to it. They did say it would be a few days before they could and managed to squeeze it in the following day. Although my end result of my engine were not good at no fault of them, they were very upfront about my options and in no way tried to push me into something that would make them a lot of money. I rarely respond to requests for recommendations, and even more rare to do it publicly, but my positive experience with Richlonn’s today earned it.Summary, got a metal screw in my tire, Richlonn’s fixed the tire before noon, then installed it, replacing my spare, put the caps back on, put the spare back, reset the tire warning indicator. All for a very reasonable price.Impressive operation, you have earned my future business.

Richlonn’s Racine did a great job with my new tires. They were fast and thorough.

I came in with a damaged trailer wheel/tire assembly. An employer came out to my truck and took it into the shop. The new tire was delivered as promised, and the same guy loaded it into the truck. All around, a great experience!

I stopped in to get a estimate on 4 tires. Just like last time they where either the same price or just a little higher. For a much better tire and there tire installation package. I didnt have an appointment. But he said if I had some time they could fit me in between appointments. It might take about an hour to an hour & a half. I said thats fine go ahead with it. Just over an hour later it was done.

I had a bit of an emergency, a flat tire and a day full of plans. My volkswagon was towed, I made contact with Matt and he would return my call when the car arrives on the tow truck. Mike called me back a moment later as the car got there. We talked about all my tires, time for a new set. Mike lined me up and the best part, the tires were in stock. 2 hours later, I was picking up my vehicle with new tires, a 10% for AAA and a $50.00 rebate. Im very happy about the purchase and thier service.

Took my 1937 Packard in for a front end alignment, not the usual car a shop would see. Rick did a great job on the alignment and also explained some of the other things the car was going need. Went there for an oil change and tire repair. They claimed that the tire could not be repaired due to the nail being close to the edge. Tried to sell me a new tire for 180.00. Hahahah. Nope. Paid 75.00 for an oil change and their competitor down the road fixed the tire no issue. First and last time customer.

Do not go here! I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years and have 3 vehicles serviced with brand new tires. But this last visit was the worse. I was insulted multiple times and degraded as a customer for having and IID in my vehicle. I will never be returning here. Also I suggest you do the same unless you want to support a business that only cares about certain customers and not all of them.

I have recently noticed that after I had three of my tires replaced none of the tire valve caps that were originally on my tires were put on the newer tires. I know that this isnt necessarily a performance or safety issue, but it is a little bit annoying to have mix & match valve caps when they all originally matched prior to having the tires replaced.

A few months after having my oil changed my car started to leak oil. I brought it back in to be checked. They found the drain plug gasket was damaged. They replaced the gasket, topped off the oil and I was on my way well under 1/2 hour.

They were the only tire place close by to have the tire I needed. They replaced my tire, did an oil change, and ordered another matching tire for the other side.all for $40 less than a competitor I was going to use.

No opening but if I could leave the truck well get it fixed. 45 minutes later the repair was finished. All tires checked, air reset in all four tires & road hazard warranty means zero cost.Thanks

None of the other tire places could get me in or give me an estimate of their wait times in the area. I was able to call this tire shop, bring my car in, and get a new tire in about 40 minutes. The staff was so so helpful and friendly, and it really saved me being able to get a new tire so quickly.

I had gotten a flat tire this morning (most likely running over a nail or some other road debris on the interstate) after a 12-hour overnight shift. Id already swapped over to my spare tire, and despite being busy and fairly booked today they were willing to let me drop off the tire for them to check and see if it was patchable between appointments while I went home to try to sleep. It turns out they had time to check right when I got there and were quickly able to determine that a patch was not going to work. I only needed a single tire since the damaged tire was part of a pair that had been replaced about a year and a half ago, and though they could have easily pressured me into replacing the pair in my lack of sleep, they didnt even try. They also were able to squeeze me in to get on the replacement tire right away despite all the appointments they had too. I would highly recommend this shop for any tire needs, and thank you all for your patience with my sleep deprived self this morning.

The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the amount of time I had to wait for my vehicle to be worked on...I knew there was a wait and they were accurate in the estimated time in which they could get to it. I’m guessing their great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics are the reason for the wait, so you can’t really knock them too much on that...Thanks for the great experience!
