Terrific service, excellent work. We decided to finish our basement and hide the ductwork, wires, etc., with a drop ceiling. It’s an unusually complicated ceiling with unique angles and elevation changes, but the crew met the challenge and exceeded our expectations. Our new ceiling is beautiful and built right. The crew was a pleasure. They identified and fixed an electrical issue I wasn’t even aware of, and they left the place clean & spotless after the job was finished. Definitely a quality company!!

WOW! Its been a long time since my wife and I have had a such a great experience with any company and their employees. Tim was absolutely professional and very friendly. We thought we would have to buy a whole new ceiling but Tim said the problem we were having could be repaired. He then said if I wanted he could repair the ceiling right away. This installation was done in my home basement (Milwaukee metro). Whole experience of dealing with company couldnt have been better. The technicians who work on site were awesome!. They put extra effort to make sure that I would be satisfied with the work.I installed the lights using my own electrician and the electrician did comment that they did a really good job installing the grid. Wish I could have given 6 stars! Called Strictly Ceilings for an estimate, Tim was over within a few hours. Got an install date within a few days and they were even able to come a day early of the scheduled date. They did a great job installing the ceiling and we couldnt be happier. We recently engaged Strictly Ceilings to replace and update our ceiling in our finished basement following a water loss. The whole experience was truly excellent. We were also under a time constraint and the office staff was always very responsive and friendly, always willing to answer all of our questions via phone and email. The service was outstanding in every way. On the designated day to do the ceiling the crew had a 7:00am start time and they arrived at 6:40am and were hard at work immediately. They were well trained and knew just what to do. They checked in with us from time to time throughout the day to ask any questions they had as to our preference and to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. The whole project was complete, including new lighting installed by 2:00pm. They cleaned up and were off-site by 2:30pm. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end result is a quality ceiling/lighting that we are very very pleased with. Tim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my basement ceiling!! In less than 8 hours they completely removed the horrible existing ceiling material, built pop outs around ductwork and pipes, and re-installed can lights. They repositioned my can lights (which I didnt even think to ask them to do but am SO glad they did!) Their attention to detail was exceptional and the ceiling looks flawless and my basement is much improved!! Id recommend them again in a heartbeat. Their price was fair and reasonable.
