This BJ’s is totally awesome. Location, staff, goods are really great. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh. There are a Dunkin Donuts and BJ’s Optical inside.Although, there are no wine or beer in this BJ’s.

The store is nice and clean. Management is good too. But sometimes it takes too long in billing.

The strawberries are always rotten when I buy them online. I throw away two plastic boxes of strawberries in the trash today.

Had one of the worst experiences at Bjs Deli today - actually as im typing this. (4:18 p.m. ) I usually go in an just order cold cuts by the slice. The man behind the counter starts telling me I have to order by lb increments. All I want is 40 slices of roast beef. I work in a residential facility - i need enough for 20 sandwiches. He starts to do it - stops what hes doing and proceeds to tell the line behind me that ....its gonna be awhile - he wants 40 slices... I couldnt give BJs one start - esp this BJs - they have been tremendous during the pandemic. Deli was a dud today.

I didn’t know when to close the store, the employees didn’t tell me anything about the closing time. I found the products, I was informed that a store was closing me while driving, when trying to pay I was approached by two store employeesMrs. MaryMrs. Damaris vclaiming that they had no time to pay, they removed my shopping at the time of payment, I tried to argue to be able to take what little I got, I was expelled from the store with the threat of police. I had money, I only kindly asked for 2 min to find a payment method, but I was humiliated and expelled from the store by the lady“Damaris v”.I am a customer, I went to buy and do not deserve this type of service.

I will sometimes do my grocery shopping there. For example, I would get toilet paper in bulk a gallon of milk and other things. Sometimes I will get postage stamps there.

Everything is great but the customer service is horrible. They need more training on “How to respect customers”.That’s horrible 🤦‍♀️. Customer service is very important. It will increase customers when they feel comfortable. Bj should spend more time to training few staff who disrespect and racist.

It’s a store with bulk materials such as food, drink, household, even some books and clothes! You need a member card to buy anything and they have a security guard look at your receipt to ensure no stealing! (I guess a lot of people used to rob them, yeesh! Poor BJS).

They do not sell alcohol at this location, but you can find pretty much anything you need there. We typically get the fresh produce which has been pretty delicious. We find that taking advantage of the coupons both online and in store can help save big on shopping. Many people shop there, so if you dont want to wait a long time to check-out you should consider going during off peak times. We often use the self check-out which means we wait about 5 minutes.

Tried getting in touch with customer service. No one picked up. Was on the phone for 30 min just trying to ask a simple question. Thanks Bjs!

The reality is that as you get older. Your budget gets tighter. We buy in bulk here and have for years. The selection is always good.

Truckers - came there for a delivery. Nice guys. Only had 7 skids and once in the dock didn’t take long at all. Lots of space to back in as well.

Great prices and quality pieces of meat. The fruit and produce are great everyday prices. You can also find clothes, books and other items.

No one seemed to want to help me find the item I wanted to buy. All the staff were quick to point but none were willing to actually show me where the item was located.

Great Deli was there last night at 6pm the guy at the deli is a perfectionist and is very cordial very clean deli and great selection I renewed my membership at customer service the woman at customer service could not have been more helpful

Beyond disappointed with this store this is not the first time I had issue with the works from the deli...I believe they are so unhappy working there so they explode in the customer...this guy Ryan from the deli Lord Jesus he is the most rude,nasty, disrespectful one, thinking he is the big shot man, today a customer was buying but she didnt want more orders but was talking on the phone and cared less so I told him to call her so he can serve us that are there awaiting he got so bossy and had the audacity to tell hem:I will send you to the front and will not serve you! Dude we are at a store not a school, I am a 41 years old woman, I am a customer...who do you think you are? Spoke to the manager he called the deli manager so went to get me what I want than send it with someone else when the meat was all crumbled, rolled in a bag inside other bag...gave it back to the girl that literally tossed it in the trash can!!...how disappointed I am for them to treat their customers like that. Whithout the customer there is no job for them! And now they lost 1 and for sure I will cancel my membership and the credit card I have with them, screw this I bring you money and you care less for me? Called to speak with the store manager, he was not there they have no clue when he will be there! Anyhow you know what thank you but no thank you I am done with this BJs rudeness! Canceled it will be asap!

I have been a BJs customer for awhile now but have recently been very disappointed with the meat department in Quincy. I have waited for more than half an hour multiple times for the butcher to cut my meat.

The service was terrible because yesterday around 2:23 I lost my wallet at bjs at the cashier. I went back to ask them they all denied that they saw a wallet. When I noticed it I called the manager and he said that he would check on the surveillance cameras. Later that day I went to bjs again and found out that he still havent checked and said that he would check it right now. After 20 mins he came back and told me many different excuses that made me feel he was very careless about the situation that I took my wallet with me but Im sure that I left my wallet there since I didnt go anywhere after that. If you did look at the camera then why did you tell me so many different excuses that wasnt true. Did he want to protect the companys benefits or did he want to protect someones benefits or? Therefore Im really upset about the way that he managed this situation.

Rude employee! I had a membership about ten years ago at another BJs and their orange scented hand sanitizer was mysteriously rancid, stinking. The same with some oyster crackers they sold on a Friday night. Pet food (BJs brand) was recalled because of Salmonella contamination. Their dried fruit was putrid, and the preservatives in it had rotted somehow and smelled like a chemical factory. All of these things had not expired, and in fact were claiming to be very fresh. It is a mystery, but the same could happen at this BJs in the future!

Found things that I did not know that where carried their. People were very helpful when I needed help to find things.

I dont like shopping at Bj s exiting the store is like going through airport security but Sometimes the deals are to good to pass up and I like the gas. If not for the screening Id shop there weekly.

Excellent clear place that the employees are not qualified to work with clients ... I tell you that I was there on 1/28/2019. and after finishing my purchase go to the register to pay and I do not know why to pay with my debit card the transaction was not accepted ... then the cashier tries several times and realizes that the chip reader does not It worked correctly and instead of moving to another row I choose to remove my shopping cart in very bad shape from the hands of my husband and he tells me to call my bank ... when I get out of there very annoyed by the way I go to my bank and my card is perfectly fine I even paid before and after with my card elsewhere and there were no problems ... very disappointed that I just got the membership and I realize it was not worth it.
