I called them and they came out the same day . Very fair pricing . My yard was difficult to access and in close proximity to other properties. They were very skilled in the removal of the trees. Work was fast, efficient and the crew was professional and friendly. I appreciated their quick response they did an excellent job accommodating my requests and cleaned up nicely.I would recommend them highly for tree services.

The team arrived promptly and got to work, one in a bucket for one tree and another on ropes for a couple of other trees. Each worked efficiently and with care, to not upset the Spring garden below. The ground team was efficient, taking away the debris for the chipper as well as raking and blowing, leaving a clean environment. The guy in the bucket (cherry picker) skillfully avoided numerous overhead wires and cables. The entire team was very friendly and courteous and was finished in good time.

The worst experience from any tree service yet. I requested a quote for a tree to be removed and was quoted 3k. The next day they quoted 2k. Two days later they quoted less than 2k if we paid in cash and the offer only stands if I agree for it to be done the following day at noon. I confirmed with the guy on the phone to see if this price included a cop for detail or to close the street down and he informed me it wasn’t necessary and that he already checked the tree out..Fast forward, the day comes and they show up at 10:30am although I was told noon and tells me “oh it’s this front tree? How much did the guy tell you?.” He then informed me I will get a call shortly after he speaks the rep I spoke to last night. No communication from the guys who came to my door after that.. all 3 cars just leave nor did I ever get a call. After 20 minutes of waiting I called the guy who called me last night and was informed he can’t accept the agree price and that it needs to be $1,000 more....This experience was extremely unprofessional. They supposedly checked the tree out before giving me a quote and now it’s a problem day of. Again, it would be nice to know if they were able to remove the tree or not prior to them leaving..I would NOT recommend Mals tree removal! I would much rather pay another company double than give them my business.

Mal and his crew did great work for the best price. They were quick and efficient, but also very thorough and safe throughout. Would highly recommend Mal’s for tree removal (and snow removal too).

Got an estimate for a tree I needed removed and sent a picture. We agreed on a price. The day of the removal comes and they say they can’t do it because it’s too big for the agreed upon price. Gentlemen on the phone is also extremely unprofessional.

She listened to my needs, offered helpful advice, and set a date for Mal to look over the property and provide an estimate, which was competitive. It is a really good service. I had like probably the biggest tree in the entire block, but they just cut it down like taking a sip of water. It wad an affordable price. So maybe you would think and choose this tree removal company.

This company has the best crew. They are this most respectful group of men. My mom called them on Sunday and they were here early Monday morning and removed a five story tree. Came back early Tuesday morning to finish the cleanup and my mom decided to have another tree removed and with no hesitation the ground of guys did the tree with on an hour. I used this company because I had a very large branch come down. They gave me an estimate and said they could remove it. As the sun set they said they needed to come back with crane which added to the cost. They also requested payment in cash. They compensated by removing a smaller tree at a lesser cost. Over all they did thier job. It wasnt as tidy as another company I worked with. What got me the most was wanting to remove the rest of the damaged tree. They said they could finish it the following week but never called back nor returned my calls

Mals Tree Removal called back within the hour & had a the owner out within a few days.The owner was very personable & knowledgeable. He looked at the trees discussed the options. He told me he would email me a plan & estimate. Again very efficient, the estimate arrived in less than 48 hours. So I booked.They called they day before to confirm & they were right on time. The crew was great. They had the 1st tree down & total removal within an hour. The 2nd they spent a lot of time & care to make sure it was how I had discussed along with the reps recommendations. It came out great. They cleaned my yard, left no debris behind.I would recommend them highly.

I am really impressed with Mals Tree Removal. Mal and his crew came out to remove a White oak tree from my backyard. I received a call within the same day that I contacted them and they gladly scheduled me for a free estimate the very next day. Mal is very knowledgeable with a great personality and attentive to the things that needed to get done. Mal and his crew completed the job within a day and took out the stump the next morning since the white oak was pretty big. I was amazed how their tree guy took out the tree limb by limb safety to the ground without damaging anything. The crew cut up the logs into firewood pieces and hauled away the lower base of the tree. They also left me the bark chips so I could spread around the house. I will definitely give them a call back when I need more services from them. Call them for yourselves and see what a great family company this is.

These guys were great. I called them at 10 and they were at my place for an estimate by 1030. When I asked for their timeline they said that they could do it today. The large oak tree in my backyard was cut down and removed within 3 hours. A neighbor enquired about who it was that did the work and I referred them and they made arrangements also on the same day. These guys are excellent! I had them remove several trees from behind my property a few years ago. They came with all the equipment and crew members you wouldnt even have guessed were needed. They did a great job then, but Im reviewing them now for what they just did.Recently, I was trying to dig to replace a drainage line destroyed by the trees I had removed. Apparently, some of the stump roots were missed originally and some regrowth occurred. Some of those remaining roots were too much for me to remove myself. I called Mal and he sent a crew over with the remote robotic control stump grinder and they pleasantly, efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally took care of it - removed the regrowth and the problem roots.** This is the type of contractor you always want and never get. ** I highly recommend Mals Tree Removal**

I had this company do a complete clean out of my yard and pull out some large broken limbs from the tree right next to the house. The tree was damaged during a severe storm. The tree was in a difficult spot in regards to the roof and wiring but they handled it with no problem at all. they went about their business in a very courteous and professional way. I was completely satisfied with the results and would certainly recommend this company to anyone regardless of how difficult the job my appear.
