I had a great experience at this place. They prepared my taxes for 2010 and 2011. In 2010, they saved me so much money on my taxes. My taxes were pretty complicated that year due to house sale and I ended getting a large refund check. Some employees working there may not be that experienced, but they have a very knowledgable manager that they can run questions by.
