They installed my pool 5 years ago. I was buying chemicals from them . But stopped because I found it cheaper somewhere else. Called today to have them come out and give me an estimate on whats its going to cost to replace the liner and add an extra pump. They were gone charge me for the estimate. Im done using Paradise Pools. No other pool service in Quincy charges for estimates.

Ive been a long time customer of Paradise Pools & Spas. They have an amazing staff from store to on site workers. Customer service is A+! :) Id highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service in the last year. I’ve asked 3 TIMES for help concerning a $6000 hot tub I purchased new from them and still no response! 2 years after my purchase, the control panel failed and they refuse to return my call! Do not buy from these thieves!!

Bad attitude understaffed and quality of work quality of work poor I would never go to them if they was the only company in town I would just drain my pool and tear it out because after they touch your stuff thats what youll have to do
