I cannot thank these guys enough. I travel over the road for a living. I recently bought a new truck and the stereo was less than par. I scheduled several appointments but had to cancel them due to weather work etc. I expected them to be aggravated at that but not once. They were happy to work around the issues. Then I stopped by on a Saturday with the truck to give them a idea what I was looking for. Unfortunately the weather was not looking to cooperate again so I suggested my shop. ( almost 1:45 away) Shawn agreed it might be best. The following Monday Shawn and Seth showed up and worked hard all day. They cane back on Tuesday and again put in another long day. Any business owner that is willing to go to that extreme to make a new customer is way alright by me. They also installed a set of heated wipers along with the stereo equipment. I was skeptical but after the first ice storm/freezing fog I was in I’m hooked. Very cool stuff.

I highly recommend these guys. They went way above and beyond anything I could have expected to accommodate me. My son had been trying to get a radio installed for over 6 months. He tried to do it himself and unfortunately did a number on the wiring. They ordered what he needed and worked us back into the schedule just a few days later. Which was amazing because they usually don’t have available appointments for about 2 weeks out. My son was only going to be in town for 2 more days, and they worked us right back in. They got his radio and his sub installed no problem, and sounding better than my son could have imagined. We are very pleased with the work. Let me just also mention that the price was FAR LESS than I would have ever expected. Thank you for the amazing custom service and top notch quality work!

Highly recommended!I had Shawn and his team install a big air ice wakeboarding tower along with some 6x9 tower speakers on my boat. Not only does it look great and turn heads, it also lets us get bigger air while on the wakeboard.Shawn is a professional and is worth the investment for a great looking professional job!

Honestly, I could leave a 5 star review just for the customer service. Within seconds of meeting the man you can tell he is passionate about the business he runs and the service he provides. I walked away feeling guilty because how late he stayed to make sure he got my sound system just right. I could tell he was tired after he finished, but even then he took time to explain what was done with my car and the issue he had to fix. He’s not just a good worker, he’s a great human being.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was taken care of. The receptionist was very helpful and quoted a price that was pretty close to the speakers I wanted installed in the very back of my Highlander.Shawn was freaking brilliant at his work and took time to explain where he was thinking of installing the speakers. He had to custom cut the tailgate to install the speakers and did an awesome job!! The sound is so clear and even in the back now! Shawn replaced my wifes OEM stereo with a new head unit and also installed an aftermarket backup camera. My wife LOVES the backup camera. I like the ability to monitor all the engine functions and tire pressures from the head unit. Everyone there went the extra mile, and everything is working flawlessly so far. I highly recommend!

Shawn & Seth completed my 72 Chevelle last night and let’s just say the guy knows what he’s talking about!! High knowledgeable & thorough with his work. He went above and beyond to ensure I left his shop happy & complete all in one stop. If you guys know anything about old school cars with new school equipment it can sometimes be hectic but Shawn jumped right in knew the route he had a to take and created an AMAZING QUALITY SOUND SYSTEM!! Had the Thermablade heated wiper blades installed at Armadillon Audio by Shawn. The next day I woke up to my car covered in ice. Started my car and shortly after that the ice started falling off the blades.......I was so happy to see that. Now I can drive during bad weather and not worry about my wipers freezing up. Great service as always from Shawn. Would recommend to anyone.

I took my company vehicle in to have a malfunctioning alarm replaced. The supplier of the alarm did not provide proper instructions or even all of the correct parts. Fortunately the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and they were able to get the new alarm working correctly. They were very professional and went the extra mile to get the job done. I have rarely dealt with a shop which showed this level of dedication and integrity. I highly recommend them.

I came here to have them install my system in my wife’s Jeep and honestly I was a little skeptical at first because I’m very picky about my music and setups. But I also believe in giving everyone a chance. I can honesty say I’m happy with the job they did setting it up and how upfront and honest they were about things. They didn’t beat around the bush and try to get over on me like a lot of businesses do. They truely care about the work they are doing and they go out of their way to make sure it’s right. They even pointed out an issue with my head unit that I didn’t even realize because I never bothered to check. Some people consider that them “ just trying to make money”. But that is not the case, I respect and appreciated the fact they pointed things out and then explain to me why it was a problem. They know what they are doing and they know what they are talking about. Honestly if you have a bad experience here it’s probably because you are a crappy person to begin with. Everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but they fix it without charging you an arm and a leg, hell I even threw in a little extra money than what they told me because I respected their honesty with me. I can’t remember the guys name that did the install, but you rock man and keep doing what you are doing.

They really were amazing. They worked quick and installed my radio. The only thing is the parking lot. It is very, very tight. But they cannot really help that. All in all they provided a good, quick service.

I had a appointment at Armadillon audio around 5pm which when I got there Shawn Rice immediately took my car in the back install bay to take a look at it. He came out to show me that my front drivers side door speaker had water damage which caused everything to get thrown off. He explained and showed me everything I needed to know which he quoted me for the parts and labor. He went above and beyond with the overall service to make my experience a very enjoyable one by having me listen to the sound system after it was completed which sounded amazing. All my radio problems got fixed and so much more. He spent the extra time calibrating the speakers to make sure they were well balanced without charging me extra which made me very happy. I definitely recommend Shawn Rice and his company to anybody for the professional experience that I got from him and everyone else. Im definitely going back again with my next new car.

This used to be the best place around. My last experience since new ownership was horrible. New sales staff member was rude and he acted like you were putting him out to do his job. Plus they charged me almost double what the prices used to be.

I had an EQ go out on my car and I am so thankful the new ownership, Shawn Rice, was able to fit me and and get it replaced. I got my first install here (Armadillion Audio) in 1999 and further continued to have my next 3 trucks all get installs done here, but I made the mistake recently of getting an upgrade done to one of there installs while I was living in Chicago the past two years at another Audio store which will remain nameless. After they did a hack job. I recently moved back to Missouri and found out Shawn is the owner now, a constant certified pro who worked on a previous install for me years ago, I didn’t have second thoughts about driving almost an hour away and leaving my vehicle to have him do a 911 recovery/complete rewiring and tuning of the system, starting from square one, adding new door speakers and sound dampening the doors as well and a few upgrades recommended by Shawn and now the sound is like night and day. If you are the market for anything car audio, and they also sell other upgrades for you vehicles. You definitely can’t go wrong with stopping by and checking out everything they have to offer. His wife Christy, who works the front desk will be more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Happy installs.

We highly recommend Armadillon Audio. They fixed our stereo that had fallen into the dash of our motorhome. Our dash was broken and we could not get it replaced, so Shawn fabricated a new faceplate for it, installed a double din radio with satellite gps and replaced our broken speakers. (all this took a couple hours past their regular working hours and during tornado warnings.) Their customer service was great and workmanship was excellent as well. Stopped in to ask a few questions, the salesman was very short with me. I had done some research on what i wanted but had a few questions. As soon as i brought up my questions i was cut off by the gentleman and told it was a waste of my time and money. that i needed to go with their product and completely replace my factory head unit When i expressed i didnt want to do that he said i had no choice if i wanted my stereo to sound good at all and be worth anything All i wanted was to add an Aux Port. not to mention he wanted to sell me a head unit on sale that i later looked up and found full price online at Crutchfield for half their price. Over priced, cocky and rude. That is my over all experience here.

This was probably the best news ever especially since he had done such a wonderful job when he worked at Best Buy. Since my original install I had a loose wire to my speakers in the back of my car. I was so worried I thought I would have to replace speakers-- they kept going in and out. NOPE! I was so pleased because even in a busy day (with transitioning to a new business perhaps) with all the installs; he did take five minutes or so out of his day to help me replace the wire that was missing. He was so accommodating for me last minute. I wouldve been so sad to keep driving around with only half of my speakers working! Terrible. Called and said I needed speakers put in the back doors of my car and they put them in the front doors. Then when I went to roll them down my front windows only went down halfway. If you’re charging $75 for speaker installation it should be done right the first time.

The experience started out lovely and ended horribly. They admitted to doing a poor install on my Audi, ordered the correct parts and were going to try again. I had to do a car change and when I called to ask what they could do for me after less than two months, they said nothing without looking up my name. I pushed for them to look up my name and the gentleman came back and still said nothing. Do not go here. I am out $500 and plan to file a complaint with the BBB and possibly a small claim dispute. Look elsewhere for your stereo needs.

I just went in to have a harness rewired for my new stereo and the expierience i reveived from armadillon audio was 2nd to none. My vehicle wouldn’t start afterwards because the ground wire on my car had melted. The owner of the store shawn rice stayed with me well after closing hourse and i had arrived around 3:00pm he rewired me a new ground cable and a new negative cable for my car battery. He left countless times to go inside to get tools that he needed in oreder to try and help me through My problem that i was having on my vehicle. I would recommend armadillon audio not only for their quality work and knowledge of car audio but for the quality of character and interaction i received when a problem that wasnt theirs was attempted to be solved. Highly recommendable. 5 star expierience.
