Our office has used this service processor for the last 5 years. He has successfully executed every serve we have asked him to perform. He is very reliable and will go out to a location as many times as necessary to get a party served. He is also a very friendly person and a pleasure to work with.

Terrible service. Took the guy 2 weeks to do routine service when he tells you 3-5 days. Informed him 3 times in simple instructions to email the POS back, was told 2 separate days in a row it was coming, and never received it. When he is asked why isnt what you stated happening, he likes to send sarcastic emails back. So if your looking a a process server in Boston who will take forever to do your job, not follow your written and verbal instructions, then give you excuses, then he is your guy !

My husband and I needed a process server in Boston for his ex wife who had relocated to avoid service. We were under a time constraint and tried to email and call Merrill for soe sort of update. When I got him on the phone he proceeded to yell at me and tell me how he could not work if we were calling and emailing him.When we intially spoke with Merill we told him due to the nature of the case, we needed someone we could call and communicate with without restriction. So to my surprise that all of a sudden becae an issue after we retained his services. He was rude and unprofessional and I would absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND his services to someone else.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
