My husband went there yesterday because hi leg brace was too tight due to Postoperative edema. Brandon adjusted it, and recommended that he get a prescription for custom measured compression stockings. Brandon is very knowledgeable and highly skilled!
My service in regards to my grandsons braces was great & in a timely manner, that is not an issue . The billing on the other hand was not so smooth! I NEVER received a bill nor did I receive a phone call in regards to money I owed them From the start, what I received was a letter from a collection agency stating that I had a bill owed to Hanger! First I heard of this. So I go into hanger middle of January 2020 to speak with them about this it was concluded that my grandsons secondary insurance had not been billed, they were going to process it through insurance once they received a response they were to get back with me & let me know what I owed at that time if anything. A month later covid hit everything was shut down & I had heard nothing, no phone call no bill in the mail stating the insurance denied it or paid for any of it. What I do get in June is an alert that a collection was placed on my credit report that I had not paid a bill for hanger! At this point I am furious because I made due diligence to clear up this payment & make it right but yet they made no effort to contact me again for payment or advise me on what the insurance paid, before seeking collections against me. Not a happy customer at all!
