This was a great basement gym prior to its closing. It now functions as a one-on-one personal training club, with some group classes I believe.It’s now at a different location, has a fraction of the equipment it once had, and doesn’t cater to people looking to train by themselves. If you’ve had experience with the old gym, then be forewarned that it has changed quite drastically.

The trainers are super friendly and very knowledgeable in their work...I always get good results and positive feed back.

Just signed up for boot camp. So excited. The place was so clean and the owner and staff were very welcoming. I cant wait start and get this body in shape

This gym, is the best basement gym Ive ever seen.the staff is really great, the equipment is awesome, and there is a better selection at this little basement gym then there is at my current health/tennis club.Thelimiting factor of course, is that its a basement gym the ceilings arent high enough to do some of the more gymnastics oriented stuff, but for just working out it is the best gym in South suburban.Also, in terms of price and service they beat everyone.

They are awesome! I visited from out of state & they were beyond accommodating on providing me with a travelers pass. This facility has it all. Not just your usual gym machines (smiths, cables etc), weights, treadmill etc. What sold me was the Rogue Rig, barbells, weights, sled, rope and more. The Staff were very friendly. Would come back anytime!

I love this gym. The owner has experience in personal training and therefore knows what people want and need in a gym. His trainers come with a wealth of knowledge and work with clients to provide individualized workouts tailored to meet their needs and abilities. Multiple classes are offered for small or large group exercise throughout the day and evening. Come in and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed!

Top-notch staff. You could not ask for a better gym in Quincy. Excellent trainers and an extremely dedicated owner! (Yeah Dwayne!!) The priority here is always the members, from the classes to the equipment to the all the extras. I wish I could give LIFE more stars!

Finally some life is back into this gym. (No pun intended) Theyve come along way since their Super Fitness days. Ive been a member since 2009 and will probably remain one for life. I really enjoy the variety of equipment they have to offer and the overall atmosphere.

This fitness center is owned and run by some really good guys. They really seem to care about their clients. The center is spacious and well equipped. I strongly recommend them.

Dwyane and Ruhul are great to work with. The staff are all very professional and helpful and are willing to spend the extra time to make sure I am comfortable at the gym. Great experience and I especially appreciate the personal training sessions they offer.

Was a great gym and honest staff until it shut down and I was told that my membership would be cancelled in August just to have another payment be posted in September which is extremely shady and dishonest on top of that when I attempt to call, theres never an answer.

Been a member since it was super fitness, machines are well kept and rarely broken. Staff is friendly and professional. Only concern is the bathrooms need work and the shower and locker rooms are tiny.

Theyve got everything one needs to do some strength training and at a reasonable price too.

Great atmosphere and staff. Love the vee jitsu classes!

Nice gym equipment but I cancelled my membership back in March or April it was supposed to be cancelled and Dwayne and the other employees refuse to cancel my membership said they didnt have the authority to cancel my membership each time I went there I went there about 5 or 6 times to cancel my membership and they refused me each time its very unprofessional and bad business to refuse a customer from canceling their membership i was lied to about my membership being cancelled come to find out it was frozen instead of being cancelled when I went in to this gym.....
