I just purchased a used motor from one of their customers and had to arrange shipping. I work primarily with Sandy to have them crate the motor for me and get it ready for shipping. They were amazing to work with. They really went above and beyond sending me pictures of everything as it was crated and making sure all the parts and extras that came with were packaged as well. If Im ever in the area and in need of repairs I know where Im going!

Just bought a new outboard and was blown away with the exceptional service provided by everyone there. I made a five hour trip from Chicago and would do it again to work with this business. The service provided by Sandy Lonnie and mom was phenomenal. Sandy answered every question I had, which was a lot. I bought a new motor from AquaTech three years ago and just upgraded to more horse power. Sandy is the go-to girl and made the purchasing smooth! She was very patient with me and found answers to every question, as I made a lot of phone calls with questions due to me living two and a half hours away. Lonnie is extremely knowledgeable. He sat up my new motor and did an excellent job. He took time to go over everything with me from the mounting and prop selection to the operation. By the way- I up graded to an Etec 60hp and I LOVE it. Just got back from a two week trip where I spent everyday with my new motor. Ran perfectly! I will gladly drive 2 1/2 hours one way to get the quality customer service that Sandy, Lonnie and their team provide- and I recommend you do the same. Boat broke down when I was fishing the Mississippi. I called they had the part. I was far enough away it was going to be after they closed. They waited till I got there before they closed. I also had a couple questions. They answered them also. Great costumer service and I had never been there before!
